A great place for breakfast, with a wide selection from typical Italian breakfasts to English breakfasts, and continental options with omelets, fried eggs, and scrambled eggs. Great coffee and fresh juice. The staff is very friendly and speaks multiple languages. Although the pigeons are a bit of a nuisance, that's not the restaurant's fault, so I give it a five-star rating.

A delicious spot in the shade with a gorgeous view! We started with the tuna tartare, which is a MUST-HAVE: the strawberries and mint combo is so refreshing and so much flavor! We also gad the lasagna bolognese, pesto pasta with potatoes and green beans, and the most delicious affogato I’ve ever had! Service was great and food was delicious! Definitely will be back!

A real find in Camogli.... Fantastic food, imagination from a short menu based on variants of solid classics all expertly cooked and presented. Great service from all the front of house staff. Really very enjoyable meal - many thanks again to the staff and owner!

For us, our visit to the Primula Bar was a wonderful experience. We arrived late in the afternoon and enjoyed a leisurely aperitif. The subsequent dinner was very good for all four of us. All the dishes were freshly prepared. The portions were decent, but too small for those with a very large appetite. We also found the service to be very good and attentive. Since there's still room for improvement, I can't give it 5 stars. However, that's my rating; others might see it differently. We would definitely eat here again :-).

We had a great time here. The service was friendly and helpful, and even asked for an allergy. The food was fresh and simply delicious. The atmosphere on the promenade was relaxing.

Abbiamo pranzato durante la sagra del pesce, nonostante ristorante fosse pieno, servizio celere, apparecchiatura elegante, cibo, pesce freschissimo, porzioni abbondanti el prezzo giusto. Acciughe fritte, pasta con arselle, ricciola a forno, verdure grigliate, caffè, 1 birra 2 acque 75 euro. Da provare anche per la posizione sul mare.

La “location” è notevole. Infatti, questo ristorante si trova proprio sulla passeggiata sul mare di Camogli. È un posto già di un certo livello, con servizio elevato e anche una notevolissima carta di vini (che include anche molti champagne). Abbiamo provato le acciughe fritte ante in cinque modi differenti. Io ho poi preso un trancio di pescato (quel giorno ricciolo) e la mia compagna del baccalà alla ligure. Assolutamente consigliato.

16/02/2025: Highly recommended, out of category, don't expect classic Livorno cuisine, here you will have a different, particular experience, with research and study of combinations and preparations. Very good, highly recommended, high quality of raw materials and bill in line with what you eat, very honest.

07/08/2025: Days of sea, beauty, and authentic hospitality 🌊 I spent ten wonderful days at Lido Poseidonia in Ascea, and I have wonderful memories of it. Beyond the natural beauty of the sea and the beach, what struck me was the impeccable organization, the warm welcome, and the attention to every detail. Every day began with a smile from the staff, always helpful and kind. The beach is wide and tidy, with well-spaced umbrellas and many small comforts that make you feel truly pampered. Another aspect I found admirable is the tangible attention to the environment: Poseidonia is not just a beach resort, but an example of how tourism and respect for nature can be intelligently and virtuously combined. Everything is designed to offer well-being, relaxation, and quality, without ever being intrusive. In an atmosphere of simple and authentic elegance, you immediately feel at home. 🔁 An experience I would gladly repeat and that I recommend to anyone looking for a well-kept, hospitable place deeply connected to the Cilento region.
05/08/2025: Absolutely loved my experience at Poseidonia Beach Club in Ascea! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming – truly some of the friendliest service I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing, right on the beach with a stylish and cozy design. The food was outstanding – fresh, flavorful, and all made with local ingredients. Their wine selection was excellent too, perfectly complementing the meal. A perfect spot for anyone who loves great food, local wines, and warm hospitality. Can’t wait to come back! 🌅🍷🍝
