From the moment you arrive, you notice the professionalism: the service is fast, the staff is extremely friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The food is simply delicious – authentic flavors, fresh ingredients and a careful presentation. To accompany it, I tried an Aperol (I leave the photo here), a typical Italian drink, and it was perfect: fresh, balanced and very well served. With affordable prices, it is a gastronomic experience that is really worth it. I loved the visit and will definitely be back! I used to enjoy this place a lot more, but my recent visits haven’t quite lived up to what it used to be. After trying more pizzerias around Milan, I’d say Fabbrica is still good, but not great. Of course, taste is subjective. Their pizzas are very flavorful, but the center—where the cheese and toppings are—is often quite soft, which some might love, especially when you’re in the mood for something indulgent. It’s definitely the kind of pizza that hits the spot when you’re hungover or just craving something rich and satisfying. If you’re in the Navigli area, where finding solid food can be tricky, Fabbrica is definitely one of the better choices. But if you’re after a lighter, crispier pizza, there are other spots in Milan that might be more up your alley.

La Fabbrica is a place located in the Navigli in Milan, we first had an aperitif and then ate a pizza. Everything was excellent, special mention for the pizzas which were delicious. I have to make a special mention to the young waitress (with long curly hair) who served us, really kind and professional.

Large venue on the nightlife of the Navigli, with outdoor tables in the adjacent courtyard. Excellent pizza, wood-fired oven, historic venue. Friendly and helpful staff, average prices.

One of the best pizzas, wine and other own brand products that I highly recommend. As a red wine, Langhe Rosso is exceptional!
