Wonderful atmosphere, rustic yet elegant. We specifically were in a room with a vaulted ceiling and hanging wine racks, marvelous.
The service was impeccable, and especially the food and the staff in the dining room were prompt.
Excellent food, generous portions, we shared the appetizer we ordered (a normal person can easily fill up if they eat it alone), and the gnocchi were amazing; after all, Pastificio Dò never disappoints...
Special mention for the gnocchi with bottarga, wonderful.

I've been to this restaurant for the first time in a while. The food was truly delicious, and the atmosphere was magical. The tables are in the basement, with all the fairy lights and exposed brick. It's also suitable for children, the menu is extensive, and the desserts are truly excellent. I'll definitely be back.

For my birthday, I decided to have lunch at this lovely little place in the center of Varese. The location is very welcoming and meticulously crafted. The ceiling lights make the atmosphere even more magical.
For an appetizer, we tried a selection of cured meats and cheeses, creamed gorgonzola and pears with warm crostini. We continued with a second course and a trio of first courses, a choice of gnocchi and risotto. Truly delicious and excellent quality. I recommend it especially to those who love first courses.

A pleasant experience, definitely worth repeating.
The place isn't very large, but it's well-decorated and welcoming; the staff is always friendly and professional, and the dishes are delicious.
I tried a trio of gnocchi, all delicious, but the ones with Tropea onions and guanciale were even better—absolutely exceptional.
I'll definitely be back.

We found ourselves in a wonderful restaurant with exposed brick walls and exquisite bottles of wine. The food was excellent, with a variety of appetizers, first courses, and desserts, including impeccable risottos and gnocchi, from the most sophisticated to the classics. The desserts were delicious. The staff were truly friendly and always smiling; it was a pleasure dining there.

Christmas dinner: a very charming place with its Christmas decorations and various furnishings.
It's long and the room is moderately large.
The menu focuses on appetizers, first courses, and desserts. No second courses.
Renowned for its gnocchi and risotto, we decided to share several appetizers and other first courses.
The dishes are well-portioned and tasty. The ingredients are excellent.
The desserts are also good, and the price is in line with the quality.
I've attached photos of the dishes.
The only downside is that the atmosphere is a bit noisy and it's difficult to converse. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.
Reservations recommended.
