Esto fue un descubrimiento inesperado para nosotros. Un entorno encantador, con un servicio tan amable y cortés. Los muchos extras pequeños hicieron de esta una comida muy especial. La comida era deliciosa y muy bien preparado y presentado. Recomendamos encarecidamente Preludio - uno de los mejores restaurantes de Cortona.

Siamo capitati a pranzo dal Preludio per caso, ed è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Ambiente ricercato. Piatti ottimi e ben presentati. Personale gentile e collaborativo. Abbiamo preso due polpo arrosto e un tortino entrambi ottimi. A seguire tagliatelle, agnolotti e filetto di chianina. Tutto perfetto. Per finire un dolce ben presentato … e ancora più buono. Insomma, niente da dire se non : bravi!

Amazing restaurant. Fabulous service and food. Their home made limoncello was excellent, and they also sell this at their store next door. The lady was so nice to bring us there. This experience was such a beautiful pre-Christmas festive one

We had such a lovely experience at Preludio. The service was incredibly attentive. The food was delicious and just kept coming out with course after course of delicious and beautiful things. We returned back a second time for another dinner on another night because the whole experience was so lovely.

04/04/2025: FINALMENTE siamo tornati a degustare il pesce dal Matto,a pranzo il venerdì nuovamente in menù.....oggi un Risotto allo scoglio da favola,una frittura croccante ed un'insalata di mare semplicemente gustosa....Quanti ricordi ci sono tornati in mente...quante serate , anni orsono ,ad aspettare lo show di Fulvio che dopo una superba cena "pesciaiola" distribuiva vassoiate in testa ai commensali.....

07/05/2025: An excellent place to relax with family or friends... the pizza is truly a delight... I recommend if you are in a group to try the gourmet ones... to delight in carefully chosen and fresh ingredients... with perfect combinations The meat is also good....but the final touch are the desserts...homemade, mouth-watering... The service is excellent... Well done
24/04/2025: Available even though we hadn't warned us to add 2 more people. The problem was the gourmet pizzas. I took a pizza that cost +2€ only for the presence of yellow cherry tomatoes, too bad there was only half of them placed as decoration in the center of the plate. When I pointed out this lack, I was pointed out to that half cherry tomato, telling me that "here are the yellow cherry tomatoes". Good classic pizza, pasta with a little salty sauce.
