Gioiello della ristorazione nella campagna pavese. In un’eleganza d’altri tempi, viene proposta una cucina locale dai sapori antichi, con piatti estremamente curati e ben descritti dal personale di sala che li arricchisce con la loro storia popolare. Consiglio il collo d’oca, se disponibile. Veramente una bella esperienza come è difficile fare oggigiorno. Carta dei vini a disposizione estremamente interessante. Conto in linea con le aspettative e con la proposta culinaria. Prenotazione quasi obbligatoria.

Jewel of catering in the Pavia countryside. In an elegance of times gone by, a local cuisine with ancient flavors is offered, with extremely carefully prepared dishes well described by the dining room staff who enrich them with their popular history. I recommend the gooseneck, if available. Truly a beautiful experience as it is difficult to do nowadays. Extremely interesting wine list available. Bill in line with expectations and with the culinary proposal. Reservation almost mandatory.

Highly recommended. The room itself is surprising: it is a journey (a beautiful journey!) through time. Menu that respects seasonality, the territory and its history, with attention to the combination of flavors. Cuisine with attention to every aspect, we really appreciated every dish. Accurate service. The only note: there is no choice of wines by the glass (the cellar is excellent, of course, up to par). Adequate price, the experience is worth it.

You feel like you're entering grandma's house, from the furnishings to the scent. The cuisine is certainly good for the quality of the raw materials used. However, I found the portions small and above all the price too high for what we ate.

Ne vale la pena. Uno dei migliori e storici ristoranti nell’Oltrepò Pavese. Una valida esperienza. Buona la scelta fra le varie portate con una corretta carta dei vini decisamente rivolta al territorio. Il proprietario competente e esaustivo nei suo racconti

A truly exceptional experience. A menu that embraces and brings with it all the tradition of the Oltrepò Pavia area. A truly interesting wine list with a good selection of the best wineries in the area. Welcoming and intimate environment Owner and staff attentive to customers.

An excellent experience in all respects. Seeing an owner so enthusiastic about his proposal is truly a beautiful thing. Not to mention the quality. Very suggestive location. Definitely one of the best proposals in the Oltrepo, if not the best.
