I have been all over Europe and to Italy 5 times. Never have I had such a sublime meal as at Osteria Pozzo Della Mensa. The ravioli was amazing and the rolled pork wrapped in guanciale, lightly dusted with rock salt before plating, was bursting with flavor. You don’t want to miss out on this restaurant. VERY highly recommend!,

A truly beautiful place in the center of Assisi. Excellent risotto and meat, too. Wonderful outdoor courtyard, excellent and friendly service, especially Flavia, who is truly sweet. I recommend trying the Rocciata for dessert...truly delicious.

Excellent little restaurant, we ate outside. The atmosphere was very refined and the staff were very kind and quick with their service. We couldn't recommend Edera, everything was very succulent. The bruschetta platter and vegetarian bruschetta were followed by some grilled pork fillets with caramelized onions. EXCELLENT. The sliced pork was a little undercooked, but we hadn't specified how well done. So it was just right. As for the desserts, the chocolate cake and tiramisu were truly top-notch. THANKS FOR THE EVENING

The Umbrian bruschetta appetizers are delicious. The gnocchi are exquisite, truly extraordinary. These young, welcoming, and professional staff are excellent.

WONDERFUL Experience We ate here for lunch and I have to say our experience was excellent!! We ordered the osteria platter, which was plentiful and featured excellent quality cured meats and cheeses. Then we ordered two tagliatelle with truffles, and what can I say... wow!!! I highly recommend it!!!

27/08/2025: Located right in front of the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli. Very beautiful, especially in the evening. Good food, excellent starters, but I wasn't entirely impressed with the platters, especially the quantity. Cheese was nonexistent. Overall, above average. For a simple dinner, it's more than adequate.
