This place was recommended by acquaintances. I wasn't particularly impressed with the food (the ravioli weren't of the highest quality) or the service, which was a bit chaotic.

At Posta Pacentrana, there's always a family atmosphere! For years, owners Anna and Franco have been offering traditional dishes with a focus on quality. I recommend the first courses, which have an authentic flavor because they're all handmade. And the meats are exceptional! I honestly never tire of coming back.

This isn't our first time eating here, and our high expectations were met once again. Quality food, expertly prepared (the marinated pumpkin was outstanding), generous portions, and the hostess was attentive to her guests' needs. The entree was amazing, offering a culinary journey through Abruzzo. We left feeling satisfied and confident we'll return again at the first opportunity.

19/10/2025: Roast lamb is good! But a historic restaurant like this, so award-winning and renowned, can't maintain its reputation with roast lamb... That's what you eat in every tavern in Abruzzo anyway! And the rest of the menu? Better to forget it... Chef Cannavacciuolo is definitely needed here.

06/10/2025: Traditional Abruzzo dishes, all tasty, well-cooked, and absolutely fair prices. Quick and efficient service. The dining room is beautiful, well-decorated, and has a great atmosphere. Highly recommended!
05/10/2025: A fantastic experience at this very rustic restaurant in Civitella Alfedena. It used to be a stable and was later converted into a restaurant. The food is good value for money, and the quality is excellent. Highly recommended.
