Very characteristic place and quality dishes, excellent service.

A restaurant with unique charm. The ambiance is the result of great attention to period design: the furnishings, from the seating to the charming vintage shop signs, offer a perfect immersion in the atmosphere of the 1960s and 1970s. From a culinary standpoint, the experience is excellent. I savored fantastic meat, cooked strictly rare according to the strict dictates of Tuscan tradition, a rule that is strictly adhered to here. To top it all off, a very good wine list. A must-see in Arezzo.

Rustic place and excellent meat!!

I'll start by complimenting this place! We came on a Thursday evening because we were in Arezzo. We arrived early, around 7:30 PM, and there were no other customers in the place. So they seated us right away, even choosing a table. The place, in my opinion, is truly stunning! Decorated with all the antiques that perfectly recall the butcher shops of yesteryear. The counter, the meat on display... a truly lovely atmosphere; just right for this type of place. The menu is varied, with many cuts and types of meat; the appetizers and first courses also offer a truly vast selection. We ordered two sandwiches, which included baked potatoes. Personally, I ordered the hamburger and I can only say it was spectacular!!! Truly, truly good, excellent meat and perfectly cooked. The pairing with the pecorino and pancetta was also perfect. The potatoes were also truly excellent! We also shared a plate of lampredotto crostini, and they were delicious too. I was truly impressed by this place and will definitely be back soon to try other dishes, confident they'll be as amazing as the rest. Congratulations again! UPDATE FEBRUARY 2026 I finally returned to this place to try their steak. The service was excellent, and the guy who took our order gave us excellent advice regarding the quantity and quality of the meat. Finally, I ordered a trio of tartares as an appetizer; delicious! The meat was hand-cut and very flavorful. Then we had a Simmenthal steak and roast potatoes. The meat was fabulous!!! Besides being cooked to perfection, it truly tasted amazing! Perfectly tender, beautifully marbled, and even the outer fat was cooked thoroughly enough to be flavorful. Truly a spectacle. The potatoes were also perfectly cooked and very good. I had very high expectations, but they were fully met! Definitely a great place to eat proper meat! Congratulations indeed!!!

A very charming restaurant located in the historic center, with many 70s and 90s references. The staff was very friendly, and everyone enjoyed the food, both the meat and the tagliatelle. Highly recommended...

I always try to be positive, but sometimes expectations exceed what actually happened. The meat was rare, but not cold in the center, so they overcooked it. We ate, we ate. We're not people who throw away food, but it wasn't the experience we expected! We mentioned this at the cashier, and they nonchalantly charged us without even a "sorry"... thanks anyway, because for better or worse, we had dinner on Christmas Eve!
