I'm here after about 6 years since the last time The place has not changed (nor should it be changed in my opinion) in vintage style. The meat is on display in the butcher's display case. The Chianina rib is good as are the side potatoes Average prices in Chianina range from €55 per rib to €60 per kilo for Florentine steak Not bad "house" wine

Really excellent meat, nice place, excellent food, friendly and helpful staff. All in all, everything is ok! Must try.

5 stars only for the meat, the rest between starters and first courses, don't waste your time and money, it's not their thing. Highly satisfied with the meat, Fiorentina and fillet really excellent products and professional in cooking.

Warm and welcoming place. The main dish is the Florentine steak, served strictly rare in the classic Tuscan version. Excellent starters. Not for vegans!

An excellent experience that allowed us to enjoy an authentic Florentine steak. A picturesque and genuinely Tuscan place. We tried the truffle steak and the tiramisu. It was excellent.

If you are looking for a non-touristy place where you can eat excellent meat, the Porcavacca restaurant is the right solution for you. We took 2 Florentine steaks, 1.5 KG each, cooked rare and baked potatoes. Typical Umbrian restaurant and homely and friendly service.

… non capisco proprio MOLTE recensioni appena lette su PORCAVACCA (ma il vero difetto di TRIP, si sa, é proprio quello di ridursi ad una sorta di globale « refugium peccatorum » 🤷🏻‍♂️) … infatti, a che serve recensire negativamente un locale con personalissime critiche che, spessissimo, hanno poco o niente a che vedere con quello che arriva sul nostro tavolo 🤷🏻‍♂️ ❓, … se il locale non é piaciuto, per una (o più di una) delle personalissime (e peculiarissime) ragioni che ognuno pensa di avere, semplicemente, non si torna più in quel locale e … basta !!!, … per quello che possa valere, io, ritengo che le uniche recensioni utili, per me, sono quelle positive … le altre (ripeto, INUTILISSIME !!!), neanche le leggo … va be’ 🤷🏻‍♂️, dopo questa lunghissima premessa, che scrivere ✍️❓, … carne 🥩 favolosa (io, ovviamente 🙄, entro qui SOLO per la FIORENTINA), prezzi onesti ed in linea con l’ottima qualità, servizio tempestivo, corretto e attento … che altro volere di più ?, … in sintesi: vale VERAMENTE il viaggio 🧳

Very nice place in the details (vintage)... Friendly and pleasant staff as well as prepared.... delicious food, absolutely worth trying, the Chianina steak... cooked on the grill is the best.... A place I highly recommend... For us, there were three of us and we ate twice in the restaurant, we had a great time both in terms of quality and price👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
