Excellent cold cuts. The food overall is very good. The atmosphere is clean and spacious. The owner is friendly, and the staff is courteous. Highly recommended, even for a snack.

Excellent dishes, tasty, carefully prepared, and fresh. We ordered a cured meats appetizer with fried gnocco. Herb and pumpkin tortelli. Mille-feuille. Two coffees, water, and cover charge, totaling €22 per person.
We'll definitely return and highly recommend if you're in the area. ❤️❤️

I arrived on a Thursday evening without a reservation, and despite the nearly full dining room, the staff was very kind and found me a table.
I ordered local cured meats and cheeses with apple mustard, fried pasta, and a glass of local wine: everything was excellent, made with truly high-quality ingredients.
The waitress was impeccable, honest, and helpful in recommending portions, and I really appreciated that they opened a bottle especially for me.
What was supposed to be a quick dinner turned into a pleasant dining experience.
Fairly priced and generous portions.
I will gladly return.

We were passing through and stopped in.
It was a pleasant discovery! The fried gnocco and prosciutto melted in your mouth. We tried the cappelletti in brodo and the maltagliati with ragù, both very good and authentic. The staff were very friendly and the owner was charming and welcoming.

We spent two consecutive Sundays at this restaurant for lunch following a trip to Parma. We arrived before our reservation time both times, and the owner immediately set up a table for us (for two the first time and four the second time). The food was excellent, truly top-quality. The cured meats were a real treat, as were the pasta dishes and desserts. A must-try for future visits to Parma, with the Biella cop in tow. Thank you!
