Excellent food, impeccable service, and very fair prices. Strategic location under the arcades near the station, a very nice place to eat something unique. The woman who took my order was very helpful, explained the concept of the place to me, and was able to recommend something based on my tastes. Overall, she and her colleagues were very attentive and friendly. The potato stuffed with tomino cheese, arugula, and Bra sausage was excellent, a great combination executed to perfection. I had a great time, and I'll definitely be back to try their other specialties.

I really liked the concept with the large potatoes, it's a change from what you usually find in Italy. Fast service and a pleasant waitress who spoke French! Too bad all the desserts weren't available for a Friday lunchtime.

THE KINGDOM OF THE STUFFED POTATO IN TURIN: The Pomme De Terre Bistro is located in Turin's historic center, under the charming arcades of Via Paolo Sacchi 16. A SIMPLE, YET INVENTIVE IDEA: This concept of placing the stuffed potato at the center of the menu is carried forward with a focus on quality, through the cultivation of red potatoes with a yellow flesh, which are grown in the mountains and carefully selected, even by weight. They are served with three types of toppings and stuffed with dozens of ingredients to suit all palates. The whole thing is enriched with focaccias, piadinas, and various desserts, among which I enjoyed the delicious chocolate salami and the hazelnut semifreddo. Among the stuffed potatoes, I particularly enjoyed the one with salmon and bufata; the EX beer (a spelt and rye blonde ale) was excellent. Qué hallazgo. 2a vez en Italia y primera vez en Torino. Mis dos comidas favoritas han sido en esta ciudad. En Australia estamos bendecidos con productos frescos y eso es lo que me encantó de este plato. Me senté cansada y la camarera sonriente me llevó muy rápido a la patata al horno más deliciosa con kebab de cordero, Gorgonzola, mantequilla y puerros. El segundo camarero me llevó a un delicioso postre congelado de chocolate con chocolate líquido en el interior. Sinceramente, arregló todo mi panorama del día. Oh y mi OJ estaba recién exprimido, otra cosa favorita de Italia. Grazie mille
