The opportunity had already arisen to try the restaurant of the same chain in the Trastevere area, the first time it had met expectations and returning to test the location in Monti I had the pleasure of living the same pleasant experience. Excellent and tasty traditional Roman dishes. Simple, informal but effective place frequented mostly by Romans. Excellent prices and phenomenal meatballs, to improve the preparation times of the dishes. Super recommended

The Polpette are gluten-free. Unfortunately there was no gluten free pasta there but I was told that another location in Rome offers gluten free pasta. Otherwise very nice service who informed me about the gf options and there was a pleasant atmosphere.

Una cena da ricordare! Lo spaghettone all'amatriciana è stato il piatto migliore di tutto il nostro soggiorno a Roma: da lode! Abbiamo assaggiato anche le polpette di porchetta di Ariccia, quelle alla carbonara, i tonnarelli alla carbonara e le patate fritte di polpetta. Tutto delizioso! A seguire polpette cocco, ricotta e nutella, un caffè e un limoncello. Con due bottiglie di acqua, il conto per tre è stato di € 69,00. Noi torneremmo domani.

I always have lucky evenings, without (too many) children or (too) noisy tables, that the interior is not huge.

This restaurant in Monti specializes in meatballs, and the amatriciana meatballs were indeed delicious. However, the price is quite high at 17 euros for one dish, including a 3 euro service charge. Unfortunately, the bread provided (included in the service charge) was dry and stale. When we visited for lunch, the restaurant was empty.

First time we come to this place, we decided to give it a try due to the very positive reviews. We were not disappointed, good food, fast service but the place was practically empty perhaps given the time, unfortunately it was the environment (the street) that didn't excite us.
Try the ricotta and pecorino meatballs with tomato jam...

Localino un poco decentrato rispetto ai classici ristoranti della zona.
Disponibili tavoli interni più altri sulla via.
Buona accoglienza, servizio cordiale.
Menù (ovviamente) basato su polpette & c che vengono cucinate davvero in moltissimi modi.
Disponibili anche piatti alternativi (primi) e secondi.
Buona la qualità e cottura delle polpette.
Prezzi abbastanza nella media.
