It doesn't deserve a fifth star because the wait was really long, but otherwise I agree with the positive reviews.
The food is good and the price is right. The potato tortelli and the tagliatelle with meat sauce are unmissable, but any dish won't disappoint.
Reservations are required on Sunday lunchtime; there are several seatings.

One of those places you don't want to review for fear of too many people finding out! Excellent food, perfectly sized portions, top-notch service, a location with a stunning view of the hills, and finally, the bill was truly fair. The fact that they don't give you mineral water, but free spring water, would already give it a top rating.

We tried the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, and they were delicious even though they were out of season.
Crostini with chicken livers, mushrooms, and pom-poms, delicious as per tradition.
Good cold cuts and tortellini with ragù.
Divine trifle and a frothy tiramisu, balanced between the various parts.
The prices are low for the quality.
Germino is definitely a rare gem.
Everything is fresh and homemade.

Excellent food: superb tortelloni, excellent tagliata, superb desserts. The puff pastry is king. Fantastic service: young, fast, and polite. Affordable prices, truly excellent value. So many dishes to try. Highly recommended for those who want to eat Tuscan-Emilian tradition. Excellent, at least for the first courses, desserts, and pizza. This time, the second course, rabbit and fried chicken, were also excellent.
The potato tortelli with ragù were special, as were the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms.
Highly recommended, and the prices are also "fair."

salumi molto buoni, giuste le stagionature cosi come i formaggi
plauso speciale per i sottoli.
tortelli al ragù molto buoni ma i ravioli erano veramente stratoferici da tutti i punti di vista !! spessore pasta quantità e qualità del ripieno, salvia giusta senza essere invasiva, buon burro e parmigiano. Insomma niente da dire se non ben fatto. Torneremo con molto piacere.
