I've been in Rome for three days and have tried many desserts – but this tiramisu was the absolute highlight of my trip!
The base was slightly crisp, perfectly balanced, and not soggy. The mascarpone cream on top was wonderfully creamy, delicate, and harmonious in flavor.
An unforgettable treat – if you love tiramisu, you have to come here! 🇮🇹🍰

We found Poldo e Gianna in the Michelin guide. It is very deserving of the listing! Food and service were excellent. We (party of 2) ordered a couple of appetizers and split a primo piatto. It was just the right amount of food. There are so many great places to eat in Rome, but Poldo e Gianna made it on OUR list for a repeat visit.

Overall i would say that the restuarant was a good experience. It is set in a nice and convenient area and the decor of the inside is nice, but nothing special. It did also take around 5-10 minutes to be seated after walking in which was irritating. Howhever the service was very good, our waiters were kind and attentive and the meal was reasonably priced and well paced. The food, the cacio e pepe and carbonara were very enjoyable and tasted exciting, fresh and pleasant overall.
Overall as i have said it was a good experience, the food was fresh and tastefull and the service was good, howhever it needs some minor refining to really be an excellent experice. Thank you Poldo e Gianna!

Wonderful flavors, very happy and still thinking about my meal there. I had the steamed fish and tiramisu and my partner had pasta. I already want to go back to try more 😍 tiramisu was the STAR of the show.

The place has a very nice atmosphere.
We were served by an Argentinian waiter, who was very attentive and professional.
I recommend the carbonara and ravioli. They also have Roman dishes, beyond pasta.
Unbeatable value for money and enjoyment.
100% recommended.

A modern osteria where tradition and innovation are perfectly combined. The appetizers are simple yet perfectly crafted and carefully prepared, like the Roman-style tripe with that fresh mint twist that you can enjoy with or without, making it the perfect main course.
The carbonara is the perfect example of tradition and innovation, as they chose a different pasta shape, the perfectly cooked rigatoni grande, rather than the classic tonnarello, so you can fully savor their carbonara cream (shiny and delicious). This is innovation and tradition.
Their veal belly "alla fornara" has that osteria-style flavor thanks to their spices and low-temperature cooking. More than an osteria, it's a splendid, refined place with top-quality wines that can satisfy everyone's budget and gastronomic needs without exception. I will definitely return because the value for money is truly excellent. You won't feel ripped off, but pampered and cared for on a true osteria experience! Congratulations to everyone, especially the chefs!

We had a lovely late dinner here our first night in Rome. Both pastas we ordered were excellent and the appetizer was great as well. The tiramisu was interesting - not sure if we got the end of a batch, but it was thin and almost soupy, while the tiramisus that others got was not. That said, great meal and deserving of its spot in the Michelin guide.

Ristorante vero, non osteria tipica. Unico neo la mancanza di tavoli all'aperto, ci sono ma sono ingabbiati. Cucina ottima, ambiente rilassante, buon servizio. nulla da eccepire.
