We had the best carbonara of our entire stay in Rome. The type of pasta they use is delicious and stays perfectly al dente, the sauce has the right consistency, not too runny, and the guanciale is delicate and crispy. We were very satisfied.

More than a tavern, a nice little restaurant in the center... a few seats outside. Traditional food with some national influences, all very good, except for the super gricia!!! Super friendly and attentive service, and excellent value for money.

A restaurant frequented by locals, we went with children and the waiters were very attentive. The pasta was fantastic! Carbonara, Cacio Pepe, and Amatriciana were all delicious! Highly recommended!

Truly the perfect restaurant! It's located in a quieter area, making it ideal for a romantic evening for two. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was the best we've had in Rome so far, and we would definitely return. A solid 10/10!

It's not bad, but as a Roman, I didn't find it as delicious as I expected. The pasta was well-cooked, but the place is a bit too fancy for what it actually offers. If you're downtown, it's not a bad option for a plate of pasta, but you can find better quality traditional Roman restaurants a little further out. What I also didn't like is that the tiramisu is made with pavesini biscuits, but that's not listed on the menu, and it might not be to everyone's taste.

The best carbonara in Rome.
We spent five days in the city and tried it in many places, but this was definitely my favorite. The richest and most flavorful carbonara I've ever had… If you visit Rome, you can't miss this restaurant.

Excellent, delicious, and high-quality meal. Interesting starters and excellent main courses. Excellent service and the staff were so kind and nice. As a die-hard tiramisu fan, this is the most delicious tiramisu I've ever eaten!! Everything was excellent and we really enjoyed it.
