Absolutely recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner. The servers are very knowledgeable and attentive and the food is outstanding. The whole dining experience was exactly what a meal in Italy is designed to be… savored and enjoyed. We will definitely be back on our next visit.

One of the best restaurants in Rome. Authentic atmosphere, terrific food and wines. Quite friendly staff. Will visit every time while in Rome. Always book a table in advance, however, walk-ins are also possible if you are lucky.

Excellent experience. We went to Poldo and Gianna for a graduation lunch, and despite our significant delay, we were still welcomed. Superb food, from appetizers to desserts, attentive and friendly staff, and a lovely location in the center of Rome. Highly recommended!

Poldo e Gianna is wonderful restaurant with great service and food. The restaurant has a good traditional regional menu and also inventive seasonal dishes. Everything is homemade, fresh and delicious.

Saved for years and finally visited! Very beautiful location: elegant restaurant, quite large, and with a history that can be felt in the atmosphere. Food: The artichoke special of the month was amazing—really delicious, accompanied by extraordinary mayonnaise. Compliments to the chef! The pasta was also very good! The saltimbocca, unfortunately, didn't convince us: the slice wasn't well-threaded and was thick, making it difficult to chew. Service: Very welcoming and courteous at first, but then it was clear the staff was a bit tired. We asked for cheese three times from two different waiters, and it took about fifteen minutes for it to arrive. A similar thing happened at the next table with coffee: the gentlemen asked for it five times, and after about half an hour of waiting, the bill arrived... but without the coffee, which had been forgotten in the meantime. Despite these problems, we want to return one day to try this place again and understand it a little better.

We were served without a reservation, the service was spectacular and the food was 11 out of 10, very good
