We stayed at this country hotel on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner).
Our room was clean and well-maintained, with beautiful stone walls and exposed wooden beams.
Both split air conditioning and fan coil units were available.
Our bathroom had a bathtub with a shower and a hairdryer.
Sky TV and good Wi-Fi, considering there would otherwise be no internet access.
A generous breakfast, both sweet and savory, was served self-service, while hot drinks were served at the table by the staff.
The restaurant adjacent to the country hotel is where we dined on two evenings.
The menu features mostly meat-based dishes, including local specialties, and is delicious and generous in portions.
The location is also very convenient, with good access to the highway, making it easy to reach Perugia, Assisi, and other destinations.

Very nice rooms and very friendly staff. Everything was spotlessly clean.
Delicious breakfast buffet with lots of choices.
The restaurant is next door and serves delicious food and has a cozy atmosphere.

The hotel is in an excellent location both for nearby cities like Perugia, Umbertide, and Città di Castello, and for those passing through the area.
The staff is truly very kind, helpful, and professional; we had a great time.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and very characteristic of the area. The only downside is that some aspects could use a bit of a facelift!
The rooms have Sky TV.
The hotel has ample private parking.
The breakfast is good, and the on-site restaurant is a real plus, offering delicious, high-quality products and dishes.
The only caveat: the phone signal is poor; you have to connect to the Wi-Fi, which works, but you can't make calls.

We stayed at this hotel with a gift box that included accommodation, dinner, and breakfast.
The room was large and welcoming (personally, I'd add a kettle with some herbal teas), the bathroom small but functional. Breakfast was adequate, and for dinner, we enjoyed traditional, quality dishes and wines. The service was excellent.
The location is strategic, as Gubbio, Perugia, Città di Castello, and Lake Trasimeno are all within a 30-minute drive.
On a negative note, the spa isn't working, and some details in the room could be improved.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel surrounded by greenery. The room was very medieval, comfortable, and clean. Dinner was superb, as was breakfast. It's strategically located between Gubbio and Perugia. I would return.

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside, with stone walls and a lovely garden that we might have enjoyed more in the summer. The medieval-style rooms, with stone walls and wooden doors, are very beautiful and characteristic. Breakfast was rich with homemade cakes, with a simple but complete selection of everything from eggs to cold cuts and cheeses.
The hotel restaurant serves equally high-quality local dishes. We were satisfied.
