The room was really warm, clean and nice. The breakfast was amazing. There was a great selection of sweet and savory stuff. The atmosphere and the decor were quaint and charming. I'll definitely come back.

Beautiful location with great potential, though there was a slight musty smell in the hallways and in the triple attic room where my children slept.
Special praise goes to the restaurant for the quality of the food and the courtesy of the staff.
Excellent cakes and espresso coffee service for breakfast. Strategic location.

Beautiful hotel in Umbertide, near Montone, a town that is definitely worth a visit. I used the hotel services with swimming pool, not those of the restaurant which I therefore do not review. The place is truly wonderful. A large well-kept garden and an old restored mill. Classic elegance in the furnishings. The swimming pool is beautiful but not very well-kept: I found it quite dirty, with insects and leaves. It would really only take someone to do a little daily cleaning with a net. The breakfast is very good (I would recommend putting a label on the cakes to understand what they contain) and the rooms are spacious and clean. The only flaw for me was the staff not being very "communicative". It's fine to be discreet but the guy I met several times at the reception struggles even to say hello or to detach himself from the PC for a moment to listen to a request. Obviously it's nothing serious, just a tip to improve!

The location is really nice, visited on the occasion of a wedding. Inn immersed in the greenery in the heart of the countryside, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. We ate well, typical local dishes were proposed, simple but convincing cuisine. Standard rooms, furnished in an antique/vintage style but clean and tidy.

We chose this property through a Smartbox that was given to me.
Excellent location between Gubbio and Montone, another small delightful village that we visited in that area.
The very suggestive location between trees and green meadows, comfortable swimming pool accessible in the summer months, very relaxing.
Stone structure as well as the interior of the rooms, really beautiful!
Excellent breakfast buffet with various sweet and savory alternatives.
