Enchanting restaurant where everything is just right. The menu (1 Michelin star) is excellently coordinated, the wine list is huge and full of real treasures. The service is courteous and personal. Apart from the small weakness that we had to refill our own wine and water twice, there was nothing to complain about at the high level. The atmosphere is beautiful, just like the hotel where we were guests.
Priced at the upper end for 1* (2 people around 650 EUR including drinks), but definitely recommended as an overall package - will come again.

The ambiance of the restaurant is equally impressive, balancing elegance with a warm, inviting atmosphere. An impeccable 5-star dinner.
And my second experience in this restaurant.
Last year our evening was perfect. This time too it was super.
We chose a course with eight courses.
I liked it for the authentic tastes and the presentation of the dishes. One of the important things is that there is a story.
It's like reading a book. Each you pay for and a dish. There is a connection and there is not a dish that is out of logo.
Compliments for location, wine list and staff.

I just had lunch here, I guess it’s not a Michelin experience (dinner only probably), so I’ll rate accordingly.
Very good food, fresh pasta was awesome, salads are also good. Highly recommend taking brunch or lunch here.
Perfectly roasted, extracted and very good quality coffee. One of the top 3 coffee I tried over the last 2 months in Italy. Feel best for classic espresso, but for the long espresso it feels slightly more roasted, less acid.
Service was a bit inconsistent unfortunately, could be better.
Normally a Michelin star is a pretty good guide to the quality of a restaurant but sadly we were very disappointed by the food here. It takes a chef with an excellent palate to put together dishes which have unusual ingredients so that the results are interesting but still have great taste and flavour. The majority of the dishes on our tasting menu were either totally lacking in flavour or had an ingredient that was so overpowering that nothing else could be tasted. The exception was a quail dish that was excellent but even that had the unnecessary addition of grapefruit and an incredibly bitter herb. I think the chef is just trying too hard to make these combinations without checking the overall balance of the dish. On a positive note there is a decent pastry chef in kitchen as deserts were very good. Service was good and the restaurant is very attractive. We were well looked after but the food is well below expectations for a star.

Incredible food and service. Could not have enjoyed our experience any more than we did. We did the tasting menu with wine pairing. Creative and amazing.
