A butcher's shop that doubles as a restaurant, with top-quality products, incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection.
Crescia with sausage and sautéed chicory was delicious—not the usual puff pastry, but slightly leavened, unique, I must say—and I was pleasantly surprised. The sirloin with lard and orange—I needn't even say it. Definitely generous portions.
Authentic Marche cuisine in a unique location.
The staff is friendly and helpful, and the owner is a true gem himself.
Excellent value for money.

Excellent, everything was truly delicious. Wide selection of meats, with different cuts and seasonings.
Super friendly, hospitable. Everything was top-notch. Prices can vary greatly depending on what you order and the cuts of meat, but everything is well-described.
I'd also add that I think they deserve a 5+ for putting sanitary pads in the bathroom for anyone who suddenly needs them. An act of civility that practically no one has. Well done, really!

Unfortunately, restaurants and restaurateurs like these have become a rarity. In such a touristy place, it's very difficult to find such professionalism and attention to detail, from the kitchen, which produces authentic masterpieces, to the highly trained and professional waiters, and the owners (husband and wife), who are incredibly friendly and convey the love and passion they put into their work.

We found a gem here. We felt at home. The food is cooked with passion and love. You can also feel this in the staff and the chef. The food and wine were perfectly matched. The quality is simply top-notch. We felt completely at home and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Kindness and helpfulness: they accommodated us, four of us, despite only having a table for two, at our request given the late hour. Food: bordering on heartbreaking. The "crescendo", sausage, and chicory is NOT TO BE MISSED! Super generous portions. The price is commensurate with the quality of the food and service. It's a shame we ended up there on the last day of our vacation... but we'll definitely be back (sooner or later).

Yesterday we went to this restaurant for lunch, a truly positive experience, thanks to the kindness of the owner, Mirko, who makes you feel at home.
We tried the gnocchi with a cream of parmesan and Sibillini pork cheek, which were sublime, and what can I say about the 1.3 kg tomahawk steak, served on a hot griddle, a feast for the eyes and the palate.
I wasn't expecting such a treat...
