I had dinner with my family and I must say we were pleasantly surprised. The professionalism, attentiveness to their guests' needs, kindness, and warm hospitality were the hallmarks. We found true poetry at the table: the delights of traditional cuisine combined with the wisdom of expert hands. We tasted the best of traditional cuisine: crescia with sausage and chicory, pappardelle with wild boar ragù and hare ragù, and a true Florentine steak with Ascoli olives and fried cream... All washed down with Verdicchio, as the owner suggested. We felt respected, at ease, and immersed in the true Marcigliano atmosphere. We will definitely be back, and we're eager to try the chef's other delights! Thank you for everything!

Very nice location!
It's a sort of butcher shop-cum-restaurant (you can already tell from this the quality of the meat).
The menu features various traditional dishes and, of course, many types of meat.
The owner is very friendly and kind and knows how to explain every dish on the menu perfectly, giving excellent advice as well.
The crescia with sausage and chicory is simply illegal! I could have eaten as much as I wanted.
The gnocchi with parmesan cream and prosciutto are also delicious.
Prices are average.
I will definitely be back to try some of the meat dishes.

The excuse was to try one of the places we saw on the TV show "4 Restaurants," and I must admit, it couldn't have been a better choice.
Of course, we're talking about meat-based dishes, and you can tell from the host's first words that there's a love and passion for the product that drives his pursuit of excellence.
Explanations of the dishes not only on how to prepare them, but also tips on how to cut and eat them.
Congratulations, and definitely a place worth trying.
Prices are in line with what's served.

A place where meats from the in-house butcher shop are cooked, and where Made in Marche products take center stage. This carefully decorated restaurant creates a warm atmosphere, and the quality of the products is top-notch. The staff is very professional, and the owner is incredibly friendly. If you want to savor the flavors of the Marche region and tuck into excellent local meat, this is the place to be. Highly recommended.

Much more than a butcher's shop!
This is a true gem in Recanati, which pampered us from the amuse bouche to the homemade lime and ginger jelly made by their chef at the end of the meal. A worthy conclusion, courtesy of the house.
In between, they serve appetizers (the fried cream was AMAZING!), first courses (unfortunately we didn't try them, but we saw truly generous portions at the next table), and good, varied meats. Side dishes aren't very good (😢), but you come here for the meat.
The host is commendable, offering recommendations and entertaining with warmth without ever being intrusive.
Excellent selection of wines from the cellar.
The price is reasonable for the quality of the entire cuisine.
