Located in the center of Recanati... this small but elegant tavern/butcher's shop, complete with a meat counter at the entrance, was a pleasant discovery. There were two of us and we soon had a starter of bruschetta with liver pâté, a first course of 1 kg of Tomahawk, mutton, Chianti red wine from the Castel'in Villa Caffè winery and ammazzacaffè. Everything was excellent but the mutton was something incredible, I hadn't felt a flavor like that for I don't know how many years, they then explained to us that both the mutton and the kebabs come directly from Abruzzo. Impeccable service.

A true poem at the table, the name says it all.
Friendly and very nice staff, 5 star meat, perhaps the best I could eat.
I hope to return soon to taste other dishes.

Lunch with family, small and well-kept restaurant, housed in the butcher's shop of the manager who is a very sociable person who immediately puts you at ease, the service guys are kind and polite. We ate: crescia with fresh sausage and sautéed chicory, all three excellent, tasting good cheeses but with blueberry gorgonzola which in my opinion is a gamble, we didn't like it much. Then we took a 1.6 kg Florentine steak for 4 people, very good meat and cooked perfectly. The only note I would look for is something to keep the meat a little warmer in addition to the hot dish. Very good fried creams and the tiramisu is also good. Good choice of wines both from the territory and from other regions. Important bill but in line with the quality of the raw materials. We will return to taste the first courses we skipped (otherwise we wouldn't have finished the Florentine steak) and other cuts of meat that look very inviting.

Posto mitico in cui bisogna assolutamente venire a mangiare! Se vi piace la carne e’ un vero paradiso. La passione di Mirko per i tagli migliori e la bravura di Margherita in cucina sono un binomio eccezionale. Alla bravura entrambi uniscono una innata gentilezza che vi fa sentire amici accolti con generosità anche se siete turisti che non potranno , ovviamente , diventare clienti abituali. Il locale è curato e trasmette una calda e accogliente atmosfera. La carta dei vini di buona qualità. Ah, dimenticavo… se volete restare amici di Mirko non chiedete MAI la carne ben cotta!
