Podere San Giusto In Figline valdarno

We spent five nights there in September 2025. We were very bothered by the fact that the mattresses were completely worn out – unfortunately, this was quite uncomfortable and unpalatable, and the main reason why we wouldn't stay there again. However, we also found it somewhat disappointing that the owners – as well as the chef – were rather reserved. The ambience in the restaurant and breakfast room was very nice, and we had a delicious meal and enjoyed excellent wine. The food was truly magnificent. The breakfast was also wonderful. The service in the breakfast room was extremely friendly and accommodating. We can definitely recommend the hotel for dining!

Very nice and quiet, a car is a must. Extremely friendly staff, but the WiFi is almost nonexistent. Ideal as a base for exploring Chianti and Tuscany. The food in the restaurant is delicious and fresh, and the breakfast is equally so.

We've been in this beautiful place, sleeping in this place and sleeping very quietly, and sleeping here for a while. Excellent local cuisine with fresh, well-prepared ingredients. A very warm welcome too. Will I return? The answer is YES, with great pleasure!

Podere San Giusto is definitely recommended! Starting with our arrival, it's an oasis of peace, nature, and Tuscan beauty. We were warmly greeted by the two sisters. The rooms were beautiful, with air conditioning, heating, a minibar, and a lovely bathroom. Every morning, the rooms were thoroughly cleaned, and the beds were regularly changed. Laura prepared a fantastic breakfast. Fresh croissants, freshly made cappuccino, bread, and a variety of homemade cookies and cakes. Don't expect a huge buffet, but there's something for everyone. Eggs, cottage cheese, fresh fruit, you name it. The pool is fantastic! Clean, large, and surrounded by comfortable loungers and chairs. You can truly unwind here in the beautiful garden. It's also great for children. A nice touch: every day, a flock of swallows flies over the pool and drinks. The restaurant also serves delicious dinners. We had a wonderful meal here, and the fact that many locals join us in the evening speaks volumes. We tried almost the entire menu, and each dish was better than the last. Also suitable for children. A perfect base for exploring towns like Lucca, Siena, Volterra, or Florence. There are also many excellent restaurants in the surrounding area. In short, if you're looking for peace and quiet, Tuscan beauty, good food, and friendly people, Podere San Giusto is the place to be.

Everything was very good and clean. And in the evening, you can enjoy a delicious dinner at a small restaurant. The food was top-notch. There's also a lovely, large pool with sunbeds, umbrellas, and chairs, which was clean. The only downside is the presence of mosquitoes, due to a small puddle next to the building.

We stayed and ate at the farm for a relaxing weekend. The location was quiet and the pool was truly pleasant. The dinner was excellent, with well-prepared traditional dishes!

Evening 🔝 When evenings go well, it's because the company is perfect... and so it was!!! Truly excellent food in a relaxing setting. The appetizers (you'll see in the photos) were delicious, the service simple but impeccable. The fried food was delicious, and the main courses were top-notch. We didn't order any entrees... to give ourselves the opportunity to return; we'll do so soon. Congratulations!!! Taco, very good 😂😂😂

Haven't stayed there, but have eaten there several times. It's a top-class experience every time. The atmosphere, the surroundings, the service and the food are first class. A clear recommendation from here. They sell olive oil from their own cultivation which is also really good.
