I'm giving it 3 stars, even though this place easily deserves 5. The problem, however, is that I was misled by the menu. The menu states that there are three types of pizza: thick, medium, and thin. This classification is misleading. Because let's be clear: the thick pizzas are the REAL pizzas. The medium ones are for Parmesans who want to break the rules, while the thin ones are for BAGOLO. The product is excellent, no complaints about the quality. But calling everything "pizza" the same is unfair: pizza is a serious thing, and here it's poorly explained. If only they could write "LOW" on the pizza for those who are big on Parmigiano, and the other two categories would be understood as well! For this reason, despite the actual rating of 5 stars, my review is limited to 3 stars.

Passing through Parma, we used the online reservation and didn't have any wait time (though there were still some tables available). The light dough and the option to change the thickness were fantastic! The wait for the pizza was short. One star less because the ingredients weren't exactly as described and weren't very plentiful. More specifically: cherry tomatoes weren't quite caramelized, and we didn't think the eggplant was very present, considering it's a parmesan pizza.

Very good pizza, but poor service. We called the pizzeria shortly beforehand to see if there was room, and they said three people would be fine, so we made a reservation. Despite this, we waited in line for 20 minutes for a table to become available. It's unfair to make people reserve and then wait, especially since if I'd known, I would have gone elsewhere. Furthermore, they let a couple who hadn't reserved go ahead of those with reservations. In total, we were in the restaurant for almost three hours, and we waited three hours for our order, pizza, and dessert. A couple who sat down after us had coffee and left before we even ordered dessert. The overall experience was negative; I don't think I'd recommend this pizzeria to anyone, even though the pizza is good.

Excellent pizza! Really good! Everything else was good too! Efficient and reliable staff!
