Zorba is an institution... Walter and his wife have brought a splash of innovation with particular doughs to the historic pizzeria (with wood oven), a very valid and quality restaurant... Pizza in Corato is Zorba!

25/03/2024: Very rustic and spartan place, with few seats but well managed. We found a place without booking on a Saturday evening, and the service is lacking: you have to get the receipt first and then sit in the room, and then be called to get the pizza when it's ready. The pizza is served directly on the cardboard, it is Barese style (thin and crunchy) but with the advantage of not "sagging" towards the center. The ingredients are good and the prices are competitive for the period

08/08/2024: iL SERVIZI è STATO DAVVERO PESSIMO ED A TRATTI INCOMPETENTE. LA CARNE è BUONA MA OCN PREZZI PARAGONABILI A RISTORANTI STELLATI, LA FALDA DI VITELLO A 18 EUOR!!!!! IL FILETTO DI VITELLO A 75 EURO... MA DICO è BUONA MA NON ESAGERIAMO DAI...
29/05/2024: We discovered this place by chance. We were amazed by the quality of the food, the courtesy of the staff and the owner's ability to recommend quantities while avoiding waste. Recommended for anyone looking for a place to sit down quickly and eat well. We'll be back.
