We stayed at the neighboring Hotel Marco Polo, and had dinner here. Very nice staff, fast service despite the crowd. Fresh, delicious food. If you go there, I recommend it. I hope they are as nice in high season.

The food is good, the only thing is that the prices are a bit high compared to other restaurants. For example, I like the spaghetti with lobster, everyone else sells it for €25, they sell it for €35, which is too much in my opinion. For the rest, I tried the cacio e pepe with mussels and it was good, the tiramisu was also good.

Typical tourist pizza. I've had many pizzas in Italy that were a hundred times better, and at a lower price. The Fritto Misto was okay, a large portion, but it had a strange aftertaste of fat (perhaps it hadn't been used in a while). For me, it's not repeatable.

We were there in November. Our table near the entrance was unfortunately not ideal due to a cold draft when the door was opened. The food was generally okay; the pizza was a bit dry, but the mixed salad was very large.

A truly unique experience; the waiter is a real character, the likes of which you rarely find these days. To be honest, not exactly friendly, rather a bit grumpy, but in his own way legendary and very endearing ❤️ The food was excellent, the pizza was very good, and the octopus salad was an absolute delight.

Ristorante Rosa Rossa

04/01/2026: The restaurant has good potential to offer a quality, all-round culinary experience, but so far I've found some flaws that lead me to give it a low overall rating. Cons: The wine list (by the glass) is priced way too high for what's on offer. The table setting is too cheap (paper napkins) for a restaurant with €28 dishes on the menu. To finish, the spaghetti dish was served as a "bigoli" dish. Pros: Very beautiful venue and an elegant, intimate atmosphere. Strong and interesting flavors. Especially the creamed cod with Sriracha sauce and the volpina ceviche. The turbot and red shrimp tortelli were delicious.
22/12/2025: Some of the best pasta I have had on my Italy trip. After Rome and Florence where I have had some great, cheese filled pasta, the cuttlefish pasta I had at Rosa Rossa presented a different flavor profile with citrus and butter that was simply perfect imo. Glad to have found this place!

16/11/2025: Excellent place for an aperitif, with a variety of cicchetti. The place is spacious and offers outdoor seating.
