Beverly Hills, what a great discovery! Don't be fooled by the international name: here you can breathe the authentic flavor of Apulian cuisine. My evening at this restaurant was a pleasure, from start to finish. I started with some confusion as I waited to receive a plate of spaghetti all'assassina which… wow, it was truly perfect! Spaghetti charred and spicy at the right point! Subsequently I tasted some slices of pizza: light, well leavened and well cooked. Compliments. Everything was good, even the dessert. The service staff also appeared welcoming and always available to give advice. And the bill? Absolutely honest for the quality of the offer.
