I was curious to try this pizza which already looked good in the photo... in person it is even more filling but with top lightness

Incredible pizza, if I close my eyes it doesn't seem like a "normal" takeaway pizzeria. The reality far exceeds expectations. Friendly and very knowledgeable owner

A splendid discovery. I consider Fermento one of the best pizzerias in Bisceglie, if not the best! Top quality ingredients. I'll be back very soon. Photo? Too late, the pizza was already half done.

I tried the Fermento pizzeria and I can say that it was one of the best I've ever eaten: the balanced flavor and the quality of the ingredients are unparalleled. An experience that I highly recommend to all lovers of good pizza!

Very positive experience, excellent pizzas, especially with the combinations I always ordered the pizzas from home and they were always punctual the only flaw is on Saturday evenings when the place is full and the waiting times are longer but otherwise excellent products

03/04/2025: Bellissimo scoperta nel centro storico di Barletta.... Locale molto curato e carino ,ambiente accogliente e staff gentile e disponibile. Chef molto attento alle esigenze del cliente ma soprattutto si preoccupa,esce dalla cucina ,si presenta e mette a proprio agio i suoi clienti. Ci ha proposto un menù degustazione ma sinceramente abbiamo mangiato tantissimo e tutta roba di qualità e pesce freschissimo ,altro Ke degustazione 😂..... Siamo stati a tavola per 2 ore e ci ritornerei volentieri ❤️
