Pizza also with a choice of wholemeal and cereal dough (very good and more digestible), but ask for availability at the time of booking as they are produced in minimal quantities and run out quickly.

Super pizza with the whole family!! Pizza by the meter with excellent dough, all well seasoned and with lots of flavours!! must try pizza by the meter with mushrooms, spicy salami and gorgonzola!!

Osteria La Confusa

17/10/2024: Very particular tavern, the food is of excellent quality. The owner very friendly.
11/10/2024: If you find yourself in Abbadia San Salvatore or the surrounding areas of Amiata, go and eat the suckling pig with chestnuts and mushrooms. And you will remember me. The rest is also excellent. Courtesy and quality

Trattoria Del Gallo

16/12/2024: Walk to Serra to see our whitewashed Apennines, with a stop at the Trattoria del Gallo. Lasagne good but not excellent, it was missing a bit of crust. The rabbit cacciatara and accompanying crescentine are excellent, however. There was no more room for desserts...maybe for next time.
