We went to Piedigrotta on the recommendation of friends. Nothing disappointed us: we asked for a Margherita pizza tasting menu, a very unique experience that left us pleasantly surprised. The pizza was very light and easy to digest. The Margherita, presented in various variations, never disappointed, always presented in different, delicious and unique ways, right up to the sweet Margherita pizza. Piedigrotta has definitely found two new regulars. We would recommend it to anyone! Absolutely 5 stars!

I've been to Pedigrotta and loved everything! The pizza is excellent, with a light, digestible dough and a delicious datterini tomato sauce in the center of the pizza in a glass. The homemade desserts (cheesecake, tiramisu, etc.) are all delicious. Even though it was a Saturday night, the service was super fast! The place was packed but cozy. I'll definitely be back!

Shrimp risotto, a marvel The pizzas, no matter which one you choose, are the best. It's a shame for me, since I've become gluten intolerant, and I now look at others with my mouth watering, having to "settle" for other dishes on the menu. The tables are a bit narrow, especially those near the entrance, which are truly uncomfortable. Top!

A truly unique pizzeria in the heart of Varese. Owner Antonello is incredibly friendly and is the main architect of the restaurant's daily success. In addition to delicious pizzas, they offer a wide selection of wines and beers.

As soon as you enter, you find yourself in another era: exposed stone walls, wooden beams, masks, armor, and medieval weapons everywhere. Everything is meticulously crafted, with an atmosphere that envelops you and makes you forget you're in 2025 😍 The menu is extensive—land and sea dishes, fresh homemade pasta, quality ingredients, and desserts (all artisanal!) to die for. You can really taste the passion and care behind every course. I've already put the famous pasta tour on my list for next time! 🍝 The portions are generous, the presentation is thoughtful and colorful, and the staff... simply impeccable: kind, smiling, and always ready to offer discreet advice. The prices are very fair for the quality of the service and food.
