Ottima pizza, curioso il barattolo con l'ingrediente aggiuntivo. Pizza leggerissima e lievitava bene, nessun problema il giorno dopo. Ambiente raccolto, ma piacevole... è consigliata la prenotazione, velocissimi nel portare ciò che hai ordinato. Sono andato più volte, lo consiglio vivamente.

I went to Piedigrotta Varese and in general the experience was positive! I had a Pazza with smoked buffalo mozzarella: good ingredients, but the overall taste didn't leave a strong or memorable impression on me. The service however was impeccable, very friendly and fast staff, absolutely 5 star. The environment is welcoming, but in my opinion it could use a refresh: a more "homemade" look would be more in line with the type of cuisine they offer. The modern LEDs on the counter clash a little with the atmosphere you expect when entering a traditional pizzeria. For dessert I tried the Sicilian cannoli: good, even if personally I don't love the taste of candied fruit. Summing up: I would go back, maybe trying another pizza. Prices conform to the name of the place, in line with the average in the center of Varese. I highly recommend making a reservation because it is usually quite difficult to find a seat on the weekend.

Amazing. What a wonderful dining experience. We chose to order something different from what we usually do and were not disappointed. Wish the pizza was even bigger because it was so good :) although we were full! We will definitely come back here.

Very good pizzas garnished differently than in France and good pasta! A real treat!
