I've been going there for a few years after discovering it, and to date I haven't found a place in Bologna that can compete with it for pizza. It's right in the center but hasn't become a tourist hotspot.
I highly recommend it, but be warned: there's a line.
The seafood is also good.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this place. It's an unassuming place, but the taste is world-class. Short wait times, no issues with anything, friendly service, and really good prices for a city center. We'll definitely be back.

A very atmospheric restaurant with delicious food. I recommend the pizza and pasta. The service is very friendly and helpful. The menu is in the form of a QR code. It gets quite busy at lunchtime, but there are plenty of tables, so there's usually no wait. In short, I recommend it 👍

The pizzas are quite good, the dough has a delicious flavor. The service is very fast, and the dining location isn't exactly very pretty; it's a rather charming alleyway. You can also order takeout and eat in the Piazza Grande across the street. The Bianca pizza is recommended if you like salmon, and the Bolognese is soft and very good.

Pranzo da regina Sofia, ristorante napoletano in pieno centro a Bologna, location accogliente anche se non grandissima, abbiamo optato per la cucina mista, a base di pesce o pasta tipica bolognese. Di gran qualità la pasta (penne all’arrabbiata molto piccante e ottime tagliatelle alla bolognese) buono ma non eccelso il polpo, forse un po’ striminzito nelle porzioni. Tutto sommato comunque ottimo
