Externally we thought it was closed. Outside could be better looked after. The interior is large and very clean, as are the bathrooms. The staff is very kind and smiling, especially the gentleman who served us. Very good pizza, despite being a margherita it was tasty, for me perhaps a little too salty but very good. Coffee at my friend's age was delicious, mine too excellent barley. Really good value for money for this period where everything is very expensive. We will definitely be back. Compliments!

My wife and I entered this Pizzeria for lunch. Large, bright room. Very warm welcome, served quickly with professionalism and courtesy. Excellent pizza and delicious seafood spaghetti, right price. Very satisfied, we will definitely return. GOOD.

04/05/2025: Enchanting refuge in the heart of the Varaita valley. The owners immediately made us feel at home. Excellent breakfast and dinner! A commendation for the attention to detail throughout the structure. We can't wait to go back!
16/02/2025: Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo fine settimana rilassante qui a Delfin dal Pianol, grazie all’accoglienza di Cinzia e alla bontà dei suoi piatti. Complimenti per l’impegno e la cura con cui è portata avanti la struttura. La camera grande e comoda e la posizione centrale rispetto alla valle ne fanno sicuramente un posto perfetto in cui tornare. Sicuramente consigliato!

08/06/2025: We celebrated a corporate event here Valeria listened to us right away and met every need, even Elisa and Milly were extraordinary The evening was perfect The place is wonderful, an enchantment among the vineyards, the dinner was exquisite, everything was delicious, the service impeccable and even the after dinner with music I recommend Monte Oliveto because it is a certainty You can't go wrong and your event will be a dream Congratulations 5 stars plus!
08/06/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato qui un evento aziendale Valeria fin da subito ci ha ascoltato e venuta incontro ad ogni esigenza, anche Elisa e Milly straordinarie La serata è stata perfetta Il luogo è meraviglioso, un incanto tra le vigne, la cena é stata squisita tutto buonissimo, il servizio impeccabile e anche il dopo cena con la musica Consiglio Monte Oliveto perché è una certezza Non si può sbagliare e il vostro evento sarà da sogno Complimenti 5 stelle più!
