My favorite place to eat in Bordighera! The atmosphere is very friendly and the food is excellent. During our three-day stay, we came back two evenings to enjoy their fabulous and very generous pesto pasta again!! The gentleman who runs the restaurant is very kind, patient, smiling, and warm; it was truly a pleasure, and we will be back! 🫶🏽

The restaurant opens directly onto the street, which makes it a bit noisy at times. The atmosphere and decor are rather austere and not particularly welcoming.
As for the food, the dishes are generally decent and the pizzas are good, though not exceptional.
It's a simple and convenient place, more suited to a good restaurant for a quick bite than a warm and inviting spot for a special occasion.
In short: adequate for a simple meal, but lacking any particular charm or culinary surprises.

I expected more from the pizza, but it wasn't anything special. When you sliced it and picked it up by hand, the toppings didn't stick and it fell off, even when cutting. Prices were too high for the quality. Entrees were plentiful and average. Service was friendly and fairly quick. The atmosphere, however, was disappointing: tables were packed together, too crowded, and it was noisy. The lady at the table next to us listened to everything we talked about. The orange sign needs improvement. When we left, we smelled of fried food and cooking, and we had to wash everything, even our jackets.

We went on December 23rd. We had a reservation, but we waited about 90 minutes between ordering and the arrival of our dishes, without the staff even alerting us to the wait time.
Excellent value: the first courses are served in a beautiful ceramic bowl, and the portions are generous. The pizza is good and very easy to digest.
It's a shame about the wait, which was decidedly long; a prior warning would have been enough to better manage the experience.
I would definitely return, especially to try the first courses, since this time I only tried the pizza.
