Excellent pizzeria, professional and very friendly staff, excellent food

A classic from the Marche hinterland. Pizza below historical standard.

Yesterday, August 15th, at Lucien79 in Matelica I ate excellent fried foods without too much waiting, with light and crunchy breading. The supplì are plain with peas. The pizza is thin and well seasoned and, upon request, made with Khorasan wheat. Strawberry cup with pleasant and abundant vanilla ice cream. Attentive and kind staff. The indoor area has windows around the entire perimeter and is well ventilated, I didn't notice if there is air conditioning. The terrace is recommended in summer, but yesterday it rained and it was too cool. The only flaw are the flights of stairs to reach the indoor venue and the terrace, which make it inaccessible to those who cannot walk and tiring for those with strollers. The toilet also does not have a suitable toilet, but it is quite spacious, with children's support for changing nappies. Advised

Perhaps we didn't choose very well from the menu but the gluten free pizza we had (Lucien79 apecial) was very dry and sparsely topped. Might try again if desperate going forward ad it's not easy to find GF pizza in this area but this experience was nothing to write home about. Waiters could care a bit more also.....

Lekkere pizza's gebakken in een houtoven. Zeer authentieke pizzeria met een dakterras.Heel vriendelijke bediening. Een absolute aanrader. Lekker gegeten voor weinig geld.

Ci e stata consigliata dallo staff del circolo tennis, abbiamo mangiato un'ottima pizza e bevuto una buona birra , il personale e' educato e gentile il prezzo e' buono.
