In the charming Jewish quarter of Fondi, La Giudea offers a culinary experience that goes far beyond simple pizza. The outdoor tables, set on the medieval basalt slabs under a portico framed by historic homes, create an intimate and charming atmosphere, perfect for a summer evening. We began with a selection of fried foods that to call excellent is an understatement: croquettes, supplì, zucchini flowers, and battered cod with pepper cream that will remain etched in your memory for its lightness, balance, and flavor. The pizza, soft and well-topped, recalls the Campania tradition without being overly thick, a carefully crafted dough that showcases every ingredient. The craft beer list is surprising, featuring quality Italian labels, and the wine selection, though smaller, is well-curated. Making the evening even more enjoyable was the company of Maurizio, the pizza chef and the soul of the place: passionate, welcoming, and always ready to share the story of his craft. His attention to the quality of the ingredients and the digestibility of the dough is evident in every dish. La Giudea isn't just a pizzeria: it's a journey through authentic flavors and local history, led by someone who truly loves what they do. Highly recommended.

I returned again this year with my wife, daughter, and two grandchildren. I can confirm that everything was excellent. I recommend it; it's always a sure thing. Thanks to the whole team.

The setting is stunning, the pizza is excellent, and they offer a variety of gluten-free options, which they know how to handle well. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed in Fondi for two nights due to an unexpected and unlikely situation. We stumbled upon this delightful little place, with super-friendly staff, excellent craft beers, delicious appetizers, and what can we say about Signora Pizza...a delight! 10 stars!

It was my first time at LA GIUDEA restaurant/pizzeria. We had a great time. For two people, we spent €38, including two portions of fried food, two pizzas, two soft drinks, and a bottle of water. The fried food was small but very good. Excellent pizzas 👌

Everything was excellent: delicious pizza, a wide selection on the menu, knowledgeable and welcoming staff, and a quiet, charming atmosphere in the alleys of the Giudea area. Reservations are recommended (especially during the summer months), as the restaurant isn't very large and seats fill up quickly.

A pizzeria in the middle of a quaint alley, amidst the locals of Fondi, couldn't be more authentic. The ambiance and the feel-good factor are indescribable. And in my opinion, the food was too. Fresh fish (in this case, anchovies) and a fantastic pizza. Great wine and a gin and tonic for €5. Incredible. The value for money is truly hard to comprehend. It's rare to find such quality at such a low price, even in Italy.
