In via Torino in Chivasso, in a central position, there is a decidedly characteristic place, where you can eat an extraordinarily good pizza, cooked in a wood-fired oven. You immediately notice that the products used are genuine and of good quality. The rustic furnishings make the place particularly welcoming. The staff is really courteous and above all attentive to the customer's needs. I rate 5 stars, because 7 stars are not expected, even if they are absolutely deserved.

It has always been my favorite pizzeria. Excellent pizzas and exceptional staff. BUT last night I had a disappointment. I hope it was just an isolated day. I write this not to argue but because if the managers allowed themselves to be persuaded to change suppliers, they could lose customers. I am very sorry when a business suffers a loss. I am referring to the MOZZARELLA that I love so much. Yesterday it looked like a low quality macaroni cheese. Not everyone at my table was able to finish the pizza. So if it's an isolated case, that's fine, but if I encounter a similar situation, I prefer to reluctantly change my habits. Excuse me.
