Edible gluten-free pizza, a place from another era, the only advice I feel like giving is to use, as many places that also offer gluten-free food do, different plates, perhaps colored ones, so as to recognize the gluten-free food.

I don't usually write reviews, but since I've seen mixed reviews, some with low ratings, I felt compelled to write one here. The pizza is crunchy and very light, the dough has risen perfectly, so for me it was fantastic. For those who love Roman-style pizza or similar, this is a wonderful Sardinian alternative. The staff is also excellent; the woman manning the tables is very kind, and the owner/pizza chef clearly puts passion into his dishes. Highly recommended!

I recommend this pizzeria, our pizzas were really very good, quite substantial and homemade!! Not very expensive for 3 people!!

Delicious pizza, very filling and, above all, shallow and perfectly crispy! Dana, the waitress, greeted us with a smile and made us feel at ease throughout the dinner. She was professional and fast! I absolutely recommend it!
