Amazing view from the restaurant's natural terrace. The restaurant is also excellent.

The atmosphere is beautiful, the view is beautiful, but there was some poor service. As soon as the waiter takes your order, he says the pizza is one way and they bring you a focaccia with toppings, asking if it wasn't focaccia. The second waiter comes and asks what I want, but he doesn't understand, so a third waiter comes back, but he doesn't understand either and says: "The pizza chef wants to know how you want it? I say: "I'll go and tell you!" He says: "No!" You can't go (with a hand pushing you). So, to avoid causing problems and to always be polite, I say: "Let me make you a bufalina!" (Similar to the one I had asked for, but it was difficult to understand 😂 absurd). Then the waiter comes back and asks: "Should I add fresh cherry tomatoes and arugula?" Me: "Perfect, they finally understood the difference!" At the end of the dinner, the waitress who had taken the order comes back and asks: "Is everything okay?"... The absurdity is that it wasn't the waitress who took the order the second and third time that came back, but other waiters. Poor management and some end-of-summer stress have led us to decide we won't be returning. Plus, the pizza was focaccia, not pizza.

We have been returning to this restaurant for two summers, in an excellent location next to the walls of the gardens of Palazzo Davolos, with an enchanting view. I have always only eaten the pizza, which I find truly good, with a characteristic, crunchy dough. It was definitely NOT PREPARED, as I read in a review. It was perfectly digested, a synonym for good quality and leavening.

The staff is fantastic, very professional and friendly, and everyone is very attentive and friendly. The view is spectacular and is accompanied by delicious food. We tried local dishes and were completely satisfied.

Despite the splendid location with a breathtaking view, the overall experience was marred by a few shortcomings. The menu didn't meet expectations, particularly the pizzas, which weren't of good quality. The service also proved unprofessional: I noticed staff pausing in front of waiting customers and a general difficulty managing requests, as evidenced by the lack of communication with foreign customers and plates spilled on tables. Prices were in line with other restaurants.

I have to say it was a perfect evening, but the dish that struck me and I will never forget was the paccheri alla Norma, which is usually too rich with that ricotta flakes and coppa. The ricotta, like the rest of the vegetables, was all perfectly balanced, and the palate enjoyed it. Thank you. I will never forget you.
