A historic restaurant in Pisa, and in my opinion, the best cecina in the city...and not only that, the menu offers a wide selection of schiacciatine for all tastes, as well as pizza. Highly recommended.

A charming and surprisingly interesting place. Excellent and fast service. Delicious and tasty pizza and focaccia dough. Try the cecina: extraordinary.

Best pizza and cecina (farinata) of entire Italy. It takes a while sometimes to get the order because the pizza is cooked when ordered, but the result is amazing, it worth the wait. It is also really cheap (around 8 euros per person including drinks)

They recommended the pizza, but I'm sure it wasn't for me, since I prefer Sicilian-style pizza. This one is kind of fried and then baked. I didn't like it.

Historic pizzeria in the heart of Pisa's historic center. To say the Cecina is sublime is an understatement. The Pisan-style pan-fried pizza is truly delicious. Fast service. The interior is small but well-maintained and quaint. Outdoor seating is also available. Reservations are recommended. Highly recommended.
