A pizzeria - trattoria with a simple and friendly atmosphere, the dishes on the menu follow tradition but there are also more imaginative and unusual proposals, we were there for lunch and we chose the menu of the day, the portions were generous and well arranged, all very tasty: the tiramisu had something sublime! Fair prices and friendly staff. To be recommended!

Their pizzas are really delicious, ordering them is a guaranteed pleasure and I hope it will always be like this! I used to dismiss other pizzerias' crust because it was burnt and too crunchy, while theirs is really soft and rarely burnt (and if it is, it's only in one place). Their spicy oil managed to satisfy a spicy person like my dad, who every time was disappointed by the little (or no) spiciness of other pizzerias, for this and much more it deserves 5 stars!

I usually get take-away pizza, a 4 seasons, excellent from all points of view: quantity, quality of the ingredients and friendliness of the pizza chef! Lately I've had lunch on site with a €10 menu, and every time I've found fish-based dishes for both the first and second courses. Today for example spaghetti with seafood and Mediterranean swordfish with potatoes! Absolutely must try! 😋

Stata ieri per la prima volta, non sapevo facessero anche cucina. Di solito valuto molto un'attività commerciale se vedo il locale pieno e infatti non mi sbagliavo. Che dire, tutto squisito, dell'accoglienza al cibo. Ho fatto bene a fidarmi del mio istinto ancora una volta. Se solo il locale fosse un po più grande sarebbe il top. Bravi bravi, ci tornerò.

30/03/2025: a historic place in Pavia where you eat well.
02/03/2025: We took two tasting menus: average cold cuts starter, excellent first courses, second course a bit like this. The meat wasn't very tender and the potatoes were super dry. Good dessert. The service needs to be improved although it is appreciable that a single waiter/head waiter managed all the diners as best he could and was always very kind. Dated but clean environment. In short, we will return to taste the dishes that convinced us. And try some other Pavia specialties. Advised

BAR CAFFETTERIA IL MELOGRANO

29/10/2024: Breakfast is truly a delight. It's difficult to find such good brioches. The service is truly impeccable. I also recommend the aperitif on Saturday. First delicious appetizers together with a good glass (I ordered the Aperol Spritz) then a very good first course. On Saturday there was risotto with porcini mushrooms, delicious to say the least! Finally some fantastic pastries! Anyone who wants can order other desserts, including ice cream cups. Only good things to say about Pomegranate!
24/10/2024: Lunch break with family, excellent food, friendly and helpful staff. Today risotto with osso buco 🔝. And try coffee with home-made cream. Highly recommended place.
