08/07/2025: Returning from Puglia, after 1,000 km, we were looking for a place to eat (not to fill up...) in the Modena area. We found countless suggestions online along the Via Emilia. After several stops at closed restaurants (...), La Quercia di Rosa was a) signposted along the road and b) open!!! We were surprised to find such an elegant building and were hesitant to enter, given that we were wearing casual clothes. We were greeted very warmly, and the lady at the reception seemed interested. During the conversation, we explained our situation (meeting in Iselle). We apologize for not having had time to enjoy the delicious dinner in time. It wasn't very elegant of us. What the team created on our plates in such a short time is difficult to describe in words: poetry! The balsamic vinegar alone is further proof that all good things take time. Thank you for the elegant dinner. We would love to return, if time allows! Thank you so much.
