Good food, quick service, clean and well-kept environment

Great location on the shore of a calm lake

The location is very beautiful, right on the lake, especially the outdoor seating, and the service is good. I liked some things about the food, but not so much others: The creamed cod and calamarata were good and tasty. The octopus and especially the fried fish were a bit rubbery. I would have preferred lake produce rather than seafood. Next time I'll try something else. The price is a little above average.

A charming restaurant that looks like it came straight out of a Monet painting. You can eat in the shade of the willow trees on the shores of the lake. Very good food. Highly recommended.

I love this restaurant. Right on the beach of Lake Bolsena. With tables shaded by willow trees. Excellent dishes, savoured at your own pace and enjoying the tranquil setting. It's all worth the price. Not to mention the courtesy and professionalism of the staff.

I visited Il Gabbiano Restaurant with a group of 10 and the experience was truly impeccable. The dishes were excellent, with attention to detail and unique flavors that captivated everyone. A great added bonus was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, always attentive and smiling, which made the evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for both group dinners and special occasions.

Oggi mi trovavo in provincia di Viterbo con un caro amico, in visita al suo paese d'origine, Latera! Con l'occasione mi ha portato sul lago di Bolsena per il pranzo, e...dopo un paio di tentativi falliti perché i locali erano soldout, ci siamo imbattuti per caso nel "Ristorante il Gabbiano"; direi che siamo stati fortunati a fermarci lì, personale squisitamente cordiale e accogliente, cibo SQUISITO...ci siamo orientati sul pesce...e panorama da lasciarci senza fiato!! È stata una giornata di partenza con un clima stupendo e pranzare in riva al lago all'aperto con la giornata meravigliosa che è stata non ha avuto prezzo! Avete una location incredibile e ci sapete davvero fare, soldi spesi BENISSIMO e quando mangio BENE non li rimpiango MAI, a presto e grazie.
