Pizzeria il Faro In Brunate

The excellent pizza left a lasting impression on me and made for a perfect evening spent with friends. The tasty, high-quality ingredients and the type of dough used as a base make the pizza special and "from another planet"; words aren't enough, they don't do it justice, they don't adequately describe what you feel when you actually taste it! Thank you all, because it's rare to find such a warm welcome and kindness!

The best pizza we've had on Lake Como! The entire team was super friendly and accommodating. The walk is a bit challenging, but it's definitely worth it! We went there twice :)

Paramos a cenar un domingo por la noche después de terminar nuestra caminata hasta Monte Boletto. El restaurante está al lado del faro Faro Voltiano, pero no estaba demasiado ocupado. Era agradablemente tranquilo en comparación con Como y parecía haber un montón de lugareños también comiendo aquí. Tiene una bonita terraza para comer y una amplia gama de pizzas y otros platos locales para elegir. El servicio era amable, precios muy razonables y tuvimos una comida encantadora aquí antes de terminar nuestro paseo colina abajo a nuestro apartamento.

Just perfect! After a short hike, we stumbled upon this restaurant in the middle of the afternoon, and it was truly perfect, from the service to the quality of the food and ingredients. I 100% recommend it.

Ai piedi del faròo voltiamo a Brunate, questa osteria/pizzeria è stata una scoperta graditissima e merita una visita anche se ai margini dei grossi flussi turistici della zona. La recensione riguarda solo il servizio di osteria e non quello di pizzeria dato che non abbiamo provato quest'ultimo tipo di pietanza. Ordinato antipasti, primo e secondi. Antipasti di affettati misti e scelta di formaggi. Tutti prodotti locali o di zone di provincie limitrofe al comasco. Spiegati i prodotti, ci è stato anche consigliato come gustare i formaggi partendo dal più delicato per arrivare a quello dal fusto più deciso. Primi piatti di buona fattura con il giusto dosaggi di sapori e per niente salati ( specifico che il sale c'era ma in parca quantità ) in modo che si potessero sentire i giusti sapori degli ingredienti senza essere coperti dal sale. Secondi carne. Carne di manzo tenerissima e con sapore delicato. Il dessert assaggiato un tiramisù leggermente rivisitato e per niente dolce ( anche questa scelta di mettere poco zucchero è stata da noi apprezzatissima). Servizio attento al cliente senza sfarzosità Rapporto qualità/ prezzo eccellente. Posto consigliatissimo.
