I spent New Year's Eve at the Marriott. Nothing to say about the hotel in general. Very nice. The only flaw is the waiters who served us breakfast this morning, pretending not to see us and letting people behind us go ahead when we had been in line long before them. When this was pointed out, the two bartenders, one with dark skin and one older with glasses, responded rudely instead of apologizing, making jokes like "wait for the first server before them or else all hell will break loose." Honestly, that's not how a customer should be treated, especially if you're queuing politely and if I'm standing in front of you on purpose.

Great hotel. Andreea at the front desk was very helpful! We arrived early from New York but she found us a room right away although our check in was at 3PM. She greeted us with a smile—she was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with great choices. Shuttle to city center was convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay again.

Great hotel wich is a little bit secluded but secured. Place is huge and complete with amenities sich as gum and pool. Thebonly downside is it is far from the city center. Staff are ao friendly and accomodating.

Rome Marriott Park Hotel was truly a wonderful hotel. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and extremely well organized. In my opinion, it felt very luxurious.
Both the dinner and the breakfast were excellent, and the staff were equally kind and professional. Due to a flight cancellation and rescheduling, I stayed there for one night, and it genuinely provided me with a sense of comfort and peace during an otherwise stressful situation.
I would like to sincerely thank the hotel and its staff for such a pleasant and comfortable stay.

We stayed here on our honeymoon.
I had read many negative reviews about racism and was very worried, but in the end, nothing happened.
First of all, we were upgraded to a junior suite (we have Platinum status and were informed in advance that we were on our honeymoon).
They also prepared chocolate and strawberries in our room, which was a very nice touch.
There was no designated seating for breakfast, so we were able to sit wherever we liked.
The lounge, the only one of its kind in Italy, was mostly empty, so we were able to relax and unwind.
I had a comfortable stay, so I decided to leave a review.

After over 600 nights at Marriott properties, this one takes the award for the strangest.
The front desk team - fantastic! Really great service and guest focused service.
But that’s it. This building is a bizarre cross between an airport hanger, warehouse, and just plain ugly. The elevators feel ancient. And the rooms - it looks like Trump’s personal designer, who loves gold everything, vomited bad 1980 design choices all over. This hotel is literally frozen in time - bring the worst of 1988 design to 2025.
Other than the AC, everything else worked in the room. It just felt really really old and tired (but not dirty - seemed clean). There was also a large empty space that was likely home to a sofa at some point in the past. The room was functional, but that was about it.
Yes - most things in Rome are old - but this hotel is not old (in a classic way) or worth protecting. This building either needs to be renovated, demolished, or rebranded as a Trump hotel.

I was put up there because of a canceled United flight. I've got to say the comped dinner was so so, but the room was wonderful and after a long day trudging through the airport, the soaking tub was incredible.
