Pizza buona, devo dire , come ci si aspettava conoscendo il vecchio locale. Il personale, al contrario, molto meno affabile rispetto a prima. Tempi di attesa biblici, con un capo sala che diresti diriga il Pronto Soccorso del Chicago Hospital. Attenzione a non fare troppe domande sui tempi di servizio, perché le risposte sono acide e maleducate. Peccato

Siamo stati ieri sera locale che frequentavo già da tempo ma qualcosa è cambiato fino a ieri era la pizza più buona di Saluzzo ma quella che ho mangiato ieri non aveva nulla di speciale una pizza ordinaria molto fine e anche un po' biscottata e per finire in bellezza sono arrivate tiepide insomma ... Cosa è successo ???

Very good pizza, very friendly staff but dinner made difficult and at times unpleasant by tables sitting next to children who were not managed. I understand that it is not the fault of the staff but of the careless parents, but greater attention to how to compose the room and place the tables side by side is certainly welcome. Too small spaces between the tables and the room generally don't help. In the new premises everything is much better. Space and goodness at excellent levels.

Il Verso del Ghiottone

21/06/2024: We have been coming regularly to the restaurant "Il Verso del Ghiottone" in Dogliani for almost 20 years and are thrilled every time. The seasonal menus interpret local specialties in a modern way and combine the highest culinary art with traditional craftsmanship. The family atmosphere, the wonderful art on the walls and the friendly team inspired us to celebrate our wedding party with 60 people in our favorite restaurant "Il Verso del Ghiottone" and it was simply perfect. After a reception in the garden, we had a delicious 5-course menu at long, white-covered tables in the restaurant. Everyone enjoyed the festival and we remember this great event with joy! Thank you very much! We would like to come again!

21/08/2024: I just had dinner here five days ago. Given that I almost never use 5 stars, I too often read banalities connected to them, resembling advertising refrains. At the Marsupino restaurant I spent a special evening, I had an excellent dinner, in a welcoming environment, I appreciated the kindness offered to me, excellent service. Highly selected raw materials, positively surprising preparations whilst respecting tradition. I declare myself fully satisfied, I recommend it.
