If I have to eat a good pizza I go to basil, for us first choice in the Saluzzo area, friendly staff. The only flaw is sometimes the long wait but there can always be a lot of people. The bathroom is also equipped for the little ones, I really appreciated it

Prima volta in questo bel locale, in posizione comoda e con ampi parcheggi esterni. Ho preso il pesce del giorno (branzino) con patate al verde. Pesce eccellente! Buonissime anche le pesche ripiene.

23/03/2025: In un contesto originale assapori nei piatti e nel calice competenza e passione per il proprio lavoro......e riscopri i sapori di famiglia ..... quindi la percezione è di stare con persone che conosci da una vita....complimenti ai proprietari e al servizio al tavolo per la gentilezza.ASSOLUTAMENTE DA PROVARE PER POI PROGRAMMARE IL RITORNO.
16/02/2025: A really nice place, the menu and wine (in our case a Merlot) are spectacular. The owners make you feel good, you feel at home. We will definitely be back.

22/01/2025: Opinion regarding the restaurant. Welcoming and helpful staff attentive to our every request. Very nice and well looked after place. Beautiful view. Really good food as obviously as the wine. Right quality/price ratio.
21/01/2025: Small restaurant in the heart of the Langa, the slightly panoramic position allows the gaze to wander as far as the distant snow-capped Alps, excellent service, excellent Langa cuisine, very friendly Giorgio, Chef and owner, amazing wine list, highly recommended!!
