Excellent pizzeria...the dough is delicious for those with gluten intolerances. The cecina, in various versions, is definitely worth trying.

This is where they serve thicker pan pizzas (also gluten-free). We had the Pizza Gran Varignano and Burrata Pesto e Basilico. It turned out to be a good choice. The Cecina is a recommended appetizer. It's a kind of pizza slice with a French toast and pancake flavor.

Pizzeria that offers both a takeaway service and the possibility of dining in. The simple but welcoming environment, the kind and fairly quick service and the delicious pizza allow you to enjoy a fantastic experience. Highly recommended the cecina, well cooked and tasty. The bill was also excellent.

A beautiful place of high quality (at least as far as gluten free is concerned),😁. As soon as you enter you breathe the air of home. If I'm in Viareggio I always eat there. Sometimes I take pizza and eat it at the seaside.

Pizzeria discovered by chance through the AIC application, but I would say a great surprise. As a celiac and pizza lover, I can say that it is one of the best pizzas ever. Super friendly staff, welcoming environment, extremely competent owners, unbeatable value for money (pizzas generously seasoned). After traveling 200km I finally found a pizza worthy of the name; out of the region but we will definitely return.

Pizza cooked in a wood oven, very good. Very kind staff! We took take-away pizza and, although we hadn't booked them, they made sure to prepare them as soon as possible, despite the numerous orders.

12/10/2025: A very nice and well-run small wine shop, with a wide selection of wines. I stopped for an aperitif and drank good wine. The platter of very good, high-quality cured meats was excellent.
02/08/2025: Excellent location off the highway, with convenient parking. Excellent breakfast: truly top-quality cappuccino and croissant. A receipt was provided (no small feat in Italy). Five stars, if not for one unintentionally "cringe" episode. In the bathroom, I found a sign encouraging proper use of the facilities, indicating that use is "monitored by staff." I don't like these kinds of notices; they're unwelcoming. As I was leaving, I saw (I think it was a pure coincidence) a staff member actually enter the bathroom. It left me feeling uneasy; I hope it was my impression, but... the message of care could have been phrased in a more hospitable way, commensurate with the quality of the breakfast.
