This is a delightful restaurant in a wonderful location, steeped in nature and rich in history. The incredible flavors, created by the heart and soul of two wonderful and excellent chefs, materialize in dishes that are beyond special and rich in ancient flavors, such as the fettuccine, strictly homemade, with a white pigeon sauce... PHENOMENAL! The expert cooking, beyond perfect, pairs perfectly with the highest-quality ingredients that the two chefs use with incredible skill. The aroma of the bread, also homemade, is a caress for the soul. The lamb chops with green beans are unparalleled. The breaded and fried rabbit is sublime. The meat is cooked with a stopwatch. A perfect contrast between the crispy, perfectly uniform exterior and the incredibly tender interior, for both lamb and rabbit. Spectacular! For the Dentramelia chefs, cooking is a true art, a journey through sight, smell, and taste, but above all through the feelings and emotions that a chef, by preparing his dishes, can evoke in those who enjoy them. All this makes an ordinary dish uncommon. Dentramelia's cuisine is pure talent, the rediscovery of a pure and genuine tradition, all Italian. Emotions of the soul were enhanced by Yuri's smiles and infinite kindness. His service is characterized by a very high level of preparation, professionalism, kindness, courtesy, friendliness, and absolute precision. Yuri covers the entire restaurant with incredible coordination, managing to offer consistently excellent service. The dishes on the menu are characterized by a bouquet and persistence on the palate of the highest quality, which translates into pure tradition. A continuous flow of flavors and emotions that begins with the consistency of the ingredients used and then culminates in the perfection of the evolution from the first bite. Two elements predominate: the preparation technique and the excellent quality of the raw materials. The technique is a broad and expert demonstration of a chef's knowledge of what the verb "cook" means. This quality standard allows the diner to fully enjoy the flavors. The secondary elements are never used to cover the main element of the dish but always accompany it, allowing the palate to distinguish the flavors from one another. The ingredients are crucial in enhancing the flavors, which, in the mouth, appear clean and full-bodied, yet delicate and persistent. Richness, savory, sweetness, crunchiness. A small restaurant in the center of Amelia, with simple furnishings and discreet, impeccable service. The local cuisine selection is limited, but meticulously prepared. I highly recommend the excellent homemade pasta, which makes you feel like you're being pampered by your grandmother: the briciola is wonderful, the pigeon ragù excellent. The house wine is a wonderful local red, and the food and drink are excellent at very reasonable prices.

I must have been unlucky, but... - 5 unpresentable bruschettas, 2 of which were identical with jarred paté spread on them - Norcina-style crumbs that could be described as soaked in liquid cream No, definitely "unlucky." I hope they can do better, otherwise they'll have to change the name to "tirem innanz" Visited without a reservation and therefore sat at an outside table, but that doesn't seem enough to justify a negative experience.

Excellent dishes, and excellent value for money

The restaurant is located in the historic center of Amelia, a stone's throw from the archaeological museum; it is modest in size but nice and welcoming. The menu offers local food and in the evening also pizza; the staff is attentive and courteous. Recommended.

The restaurant is probably the the best within the historic centre of Amelia. Serving traditional local Umbrian food. An ample wine list and great local house wine great beer on tap. Great decore with changing art work from local artists. Service is always excellent with daily specials. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Making you feel like home. DentrAmelia is now open for lunch during the week and the out door patio is open and newly decorated. Food and service is always excellent, they have many specials featuring seasonal and local ingredients, great additions to their wine list and always cold beer on tap. Had a wonderful evening at their Neopoletin pizza night! The pizza was amazing everyone had a great time. Service was fast and excellent. Keep on the lookout for their specialties you won't be disappointed DentrAmelia is still fantastic 👌 one of the best restaurants in the historic centre.. just opened there patio for outdoor seating. They are passionate about using local and seasonal ingredients in their traditional Umbrian food. Call ahead for reservations and ask about specials, always something different and amazing. All their pasta is hand made in house. We had ravioli stuffed with lamb and artichoke in a mint pesto sauce that was amazing, on our last visit.

If you arrive in the historic center of Amelia you absolutely must stop! Typical and genuine cuisine!

Very interesting and original menu choices you won't find elsewhere. All pasta formats are homemade (big plus). Staff was kind and available. Highly recommended

Located in the center of Amelia, both the pasta and bruschetta are very good, fast and courteous service, simple and familiar environment. For around €20 each we had an appetizer, a first course and a coffee. To return

Questo ristorante è a dir poco eccezionale. Eccezionale nell'ottimo cibo tanto quanto nel servizio. Abbiamo mangiato un abbacchio scottadito alla brace unico nei sapori, mai mangiato di più buono, un primo tipico del ristorante, le briciole alla norcina che abbiamo adorato, delle chips croccanti appena tagliate e servite per le quali sono senza parole. Tutto veramente eccezionale. Consigliatomi da persone del posto, anche io lo consiglio a mia volta come tappa obbligata! Provare per credere.
