Delicious pizzas and good service

Reservations are required as the indoor space is small, while the lakeside outdoor area is very popular and seating is limited. The staff is delightful and courteous. Service was quick even though the place was packed. • Caesar salad was good, but too many croutons and not enough salad, but it was good. • Buffalo mozzarella platter, good ingredients. • Pizzas: excellent, light dough, good consistency, excellent cooking. A classic on the Angera lakefront, reservations are required in the winter, as there are limited seating inside. This informal restaurant serves excellent quality pizza. We tried it for dinner; the restaurant offers a decent menu, with both meat and fish options. From appetizers to desserts, the portions are generous, and the quality of the ingredients is good. The wine list is satisfying in terms of variety and prices, while the beer list is much more varied. Recommended for a dinner in a quiet setting, excellent service, and a fair price. Well done!

I gave the food three stars because, without a doubt, their strong point is the pizza, which is delicious. The rest is a matter of course... If you come on Saturday and Sunday, they give the impression they want to rush you out. I've been to this restaurant three times and noticed that if you come during the week, they work properly, but on Saturday and Sunday, they're like an assembly line. Gorgeous location with an excellent view! Fair prices for pizzas and desserts, but if you want first and second courses, other places are better. Unfortunately, Angera is a deathbed...

January 21, 2026 I reiterate everything I wrote in February 2023, with the addition that the interior has been completely renovated, while maintaining the same small size. A transparent, sprayable plastic cover has been added to the large outdoor veranda/terrace overlooking the lake, protecting it from the wind, cold, and rain on less pleasant days. The best pizza I've had in a long time... thin in the middle, with medium-soft edges (not the Neapolitan "gommone") and a light, very digestible dough. Top-quality ingredients and fast, friendly, smiling, and kind service from all the staff. Good home-made cuisine with daily specials, in addition to excellent pizza, with many delicious homemade desserts 😋. The restaurant is simple and clean, with two small rooms inside and a large, gorgeous veranda overlooking the lake outside, perfect for nice, warm days. Free parking on the side of the road, with plenty of spaces available on weekdays. Highly recommended 👍

All the staff who served us did a fantastic job, always smiling and fast! Congratulations. The menu is extensive, the quality is excellent. The service was fast and friendly. Good pizza, good ingredients, and cooked just right (no ink underneath). The side dishes were excellent (the caponata, for example, was delicious). The lake view (you're right there), top! A real highlight! Beautiful! The only potential drawback: I must have forgotten the receipt on the counter because at home, with the change, I only found the "pre-bill" ticket in my pocket. * At least I hope so, otherwise it would be a disappointment. I took my word for it in my review.
