This is Forte. Period. Top-quality sandwiches and focaccias. Very friendly staff. Right in the city center, with seating and a casual atmosphere. Highly recommended. ❤️

Consistently delicious throughout the nearly 60 years we've been going there. The focaccias are iconic (best enjoyed fresh from the oven), but the stuffed focaccias and the torta tenerina are also excellent.

This place saved me and my friends from a tight budget during our stay in Forte dei Marmi. Excellent sandwiches (customizable), focaccias, and pizzas, and the staff are fast and friendly.

In the heart of Forte dei Marmi is the historic focacceria da Valé! Focaccia, bread, pizza, and cured meat and cheese toppings, all top-quality. They also offer a selection of delicious, freshly prepared salads. You can dine in or take out. The owners are wonderful people, the staff is friendly and professional, and the prices are reasonable considering the average number of businesses in the center. Highly recommended! 😉

You can't give less than 5 stars to this historic focacceria in the center of Forte dei Marmi... I've been going there forever, and I must say that the flavor of their "schiacciatine" has remained unchanged over the years. A pleasant experience!

I stayed in Forte dei Marmi a few days ago and, on someone's recommendation, we had lunch here. Everything was delicious, from the stuffed focaccias to the mini pizzas, everything on display is absolutely inviting. The atmosphere isn't too chaotic, though it obviously depends on the time of day. I'll definitely be back!

21/09/2025: We went to the restaurant because of the positive reviews and were disappointed. We think the restaurant is definitely overrated. The fish burgers were poorly prepared. The side fries were pretty limp. We had two different burgers and grilled vegetables. The food was OK... but nothing more. We think that, given the prices, we should expect significantly more. We wouldn't go there again.

06/10/2025: We had breakfast here, and everything was simply excellent! It's very easy to find a parking space, the coffee is very good, and our rolls and pastries are absolutely delicious. Everything is of very high quality, and you can tell that everything is made fresh. The family who runs the pastry shop is very nice! The atmosphere is very pleasant and cozy! We definitely recommend it!
