14/04/2025: A wonderful place to rest, surrounded by nature and spiritual beauty. An ideal spot for walking, contemplating, meditating, and enjoying the journey to inner self. Personally, it was a beautiful experience; its gardens, filled with flower arrangements, are melodious visual and olfactory scores. The air exudes a solemnity that only Saint Francis of Assisi left us. The convent's magnificent location fills us with harmonious images and peace. Its small chapel features stunning frescoes, its interior galleries display beautiful contemporary works of art. The rooms, with a curated minimalist elegance in a monastic tone, highlight the surroundings with grace and respect for the past, still enshrined today. The restaurant, separated by gardens with exquisite floral arrangements, is very well-equipped, with wooden decor and panoramic views of the lake and native forests. The breakfast is continental and of good quality. The menu is highly recommended. The staff is extremely professional and courteous. I highly recommend them. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and attire. It is more convenient to rent or drive. There's also Raffaele's taxi service, which is punctual and reasonably priced. I recommend them. 05/02/2025: Ce restaurant situé à l'entrée de l'ancienne chartreuse forme de jeunes gens aux métiers de la restauration. On y mange bien quoi que les desserts soient un peu trop sucrés (sans que cela soit par trop excessif). Attention aux cyclistes sur la "via sacra di San Michele"
