Pizzeria Da Rida In Lecco

12/07/2024: We have been traveling around Italy for around 10 days and on the last night of our trip we stumbled upon this lovely place. The owners are hands down the nicest people we have met on our trip. We came to them to buy wine and water twice in one night and had an awesome experience, despite both sides not fully understanding each others language. The next morning it was pouring rain, our phones were working and we had to leave our airbnb so we walked to the restaurant on a whim hoping we could use their phone to call a cab. They welcomed us in out of the rain despite not being open yet, called a cab for us, chatted with us and gave us coffee. Would 10/10 recommend giving your business to these caring, dedicated people. Felt like a slice of home

10/07/2024: Stunning views and food. We had read mixed reviews on this restaurant but the theme was stick with the simple Italian dishes and we weren’t disappointed. Husband in kitchen, wife as sole serving person but the restaurant was only half full so no real stresses for them tonight We would happily recommend as an alternative to the long walk into Varenna if staying in Fuimelatte
