Real Italian pizza - authentic. It is created by people with passion for what they do. Nothing to add, nothing to subtract. Keep it up, my dears. The last such places on the map. Appreciate them while they are still there. A place with atmosphere. I recommend it

We ate pizza which is their specialty. She was really good. The taste is completely different than we ate in other places. They have their own recipe for the dough and use a different cheese, but the combination of it all is really good. I didn't take a photo, but it's worth seeing what the older man's baking process looks like - everything is worth recommending

Small pizzeria in Volterra but with delicious pizzas. The boy who helped me is very kind. The place, small but full of charm, like all of Volterra. I have fallen in love with this town.

Pasamos por una pizza a la hora del almuerzo en esta acogedora pizzería familiar. Las pizzas eran deliciosas - encantadora base crujiente e ingredientes frescos. Las pizzas están hechas con amor y orgullo. El servicio era genuino y los precios súper razonables!

Wood-fired pizza We dropped in for a lunch time pizza at this cosy family run pizzeria. The pizzas were delicious - lovely crispy base and fresh ingredients. The pizzas are made with love and pride. The service was genuine and the prices super reasonable!!

A very small and Italian pizzeria, it has two long tables. There are two large gentlemen who are very very kind and friendly. The pizzas, although not the classic Neapolitan or taglio pizzas, were incredible. We tried the four cheese, della casa and funghi. Each one better than the other. We loved it and recommend.

12/04/2025: What a great find! An authentic Tuscan food and lovely atmosphere. We loved everything we ate. Grilled free-range chicken, grilled pork, and eggplant parmegiano along with roast potatoes and bean and spinach stew. My 6 years old twins finished everything on their plates. The owners were very nice and attentive. The chocolate molten lava cake was yummie too. Thank you

Il Ristoro della Pe'

15/05/2025: We were there twice, if we had time, we would definitely come back. Best food in Pisa, friendly atmosphere, good prices.
14/05/2025: As a tourist: nice place with open kitchen, very good and abundant dishes, honest prices, friendly staff. Highly recommended
