The most digestible pizza in the world, accompanied by a fantastic farinata. The friendliness of the staff, added to the excellent value for money and the freshness of the raw materials, are a valid way of customer loyalty! Well done!

Pizza both brick and pan (my favorite) light and tasty.
Their chickpea flour is one of the best around even if you don't expect it from such a small place.
There are few tables so I recommend going early to avoid the risk of not finding a seat.
Fair prices and friendly staff.

Paolo, a pizza chef with over ten years of experience, is passionate in his work, his pizzas are excellent, thanks to the choice of always top ingredients. I don't usually eat the edge of a pizza, but I devoured Paolo's pizza in a few minutes. There must be a reason..... Try it and you won't regret it.
