We enjoyed going to this restaurant every evening! The service is excellent, everyone is incredibly friendly – ​​even one waiter speaks German. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the prices are fair. We tried almost the entire menu, and everything was consistently delicious. We particularly recommend the Farfalline al Salmone (pasta with salmon) and, as a highlight, the Monacelle, which is served on the house as a small appetizer – an absolute delight! We will definitely be back and can highly recommend the restaurant.

We were vacationing at the Parkhotel Tyrrenian and went to this restaurant almost every evening (except for one). The pizza primavera and the farfalle al salmone were particularly delicious, and the monacelle as an appetizer was also a highlight. 🤩 The team was incredibly friendly and attentive, even speaking German. And the prices were super reasonable – highly recommended! 🌟

Cozy atmosphere and tasty dishes! The pizzas were original and well-topped—one with arugula, vegetables, and shrimp, the other with crispy fries and sausage. Cold beer and fried calamari completed the meal. Perfect for a relaxing evening with friends 🍕🍺🌼

And here, the Bouganville, a companion nestled in such a phantasmagoria, presents itself in its understated, essential yet refined appearance, welcoming and bright like its people. Behind the counter and at the stove, a team that is a small miracle of harmony and passion: Alessio and Ortenzia, young, smiling, and competent, and the wise and friendly Mr. Aldo, a silent but ever-present pillar. A trio that transforms every stop into a moment of authentic well-being, where the friendliness is never forced, the kindness is sincere, and the communication has the cheerful lightness of the best Amantea tradition. But the real blow to the heart (and the palate) is called Lo Spadino. A sandwich? No: an experience. Inside, the generous slice of grilled swordfish releases all the aromas of the Calabrian sea, meaty and succulent, with that smoky note that speaks of the fire and skill of the embers. The caramelized Tropea red onion, sweet but never cloying, envelops everything with a velvety caress, while the soft and dense slices of Belmonte Calabro tomatoes complete the harmony with a touch of authentic and sunny freshness. It's a unique sandwich on the Tyrrhenian coast, a masterpiece of balance and identity: sea, garden, and Calabrian soul enclosed between two slices of bread, which seem to guard the secret of eternal summer. The service was nice, fast and the atmosphere was pleasant. When you say Italy, this is exactly how I imagine a real pizza – simple, honest and irresistibly tasty. I will definitely come back here every time I visit Scalea! 🇮
