We had scialatielli with mussels... Pasta al dente, perfectly creamed. The mussels were tasty and clean. A dish that tastes like the real sea! Compliments to the kitchen and the super helpful staff. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Extremely long wait just to order, equally biblical wait for the main courses. I had spaghetti with clams, which was very good but had sand and even pieces of clams on the plate. I ordered grilled sausages for the kids, but one arrived, and to make up for lost time, another one arrived raw. Terrible experience, the only positive thing was the quality of the food.

Let's start with the assumption that I consider the owner a friend. The interior is new, well-designed and welcoming, with friendly service and excellent recommendations for the dishes offered. The chef experiments and offers new dishes that are never boring and very good. Yesterday I tried the new first course with anchovies, pecorino crotonese, toasted breadcrumbs, and manzo pepper. What can I say? Excellent. This is a restaurant I've known for over 30 years, and it has reinvented itself to keep pace with new culinary trends. It's a must-try for me every time I visit Roseto.
