Franchise brand, which has several pizzerias including Trieste and Udine. The pizzeria is in a convenient location, about 600 meters from Piazza Unità d'Italia and in a lively area full of small restaurants. We arrived at 10 pm without a reservation, the restaurant was full, but they immediately seated us by offering us their classic welcome prosecco. The list of vegan pizzas has expanded considerably since the last time I went to Assaje (in Udine) and the choice is truly inviting. Furthermore, each pizza can be requested gluten-free. Good GF dough, but super toppings. I chose a gluten-free and vegan pizza with 3 tomatoes: the vegan mozzarella was truly out of this world, delicious! At the end of the dinner they offer a selection of liqueurs and gummy candies. Congratulations for the desire to be increasingly inclusive Recommended 👍🏻

The food is great, the service can be hit or miss depending on how crowded it is.

There were 8 of us and we ate really well, special pizzas all very good. Top welcome and service. Paid little in my opinion for the level. I recommend trying it.

Located in a pedestrian square a stone's throw from the shores of Trieste in a magical atmosphere with outdoor tables in a very lively area in the evening. I recommend booking. The welcome with a prosecco and the See you at the end of the dinner with the limoncello, the meloncello, the pistachio II mush mellow the lollipops and the zeppole with Nutella offered by the house. But it is the very high quality pizza the main course in my opinion one of the best pizzas in the city rich and with quality products.

A due passi dal lungomare, locale non molto grande ma con posti anche all'esterno. Ampia scelta di pizze, stuzzichini, bruschette, fritture, insalate e piatti veloci. Ho provato la pizza gourmet chiamata "norvegese" con crema di carciofi, burrata, salmone affumicato e avocado, croccante, molto buona, saporita, forse un po' troppo unta. Ci sono anche scelte vegane. Personale gentile, purtroppo servizio lento. Sicuramente consigliato per l'offerta gastronomica, anche se non a modico prezzo.
